Our first room was very dirty. In the second room, we found crashed glass on the floor, while our little baby was walking all around, so wasbt very safe.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The people of the hotel were very friendly and helped me plan my trip to the mountain. I could store my luggage in the hotel and they even helped me get a ride back to the train station. The rooms is very clean and modern. The hotel is kind of hard to find, but just ask people on the street.

The accommodation is exceptionally well-maintained, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. He has extensive knowledge of the mountains and provides great advice on the best hiking routes based on the weather.

The service provided by the boss and his wife was excellent. He will arrange the shared transport from and to train station. He also helped us to call DiDi.(e-Hailing service). The hotel is 5 level high without lift. The boss helped us to carry up our big luggage. I choose to stay at 5th floor is because I need the biggest room which is located at 5th. floor. Ground floor is a mini mart which was operated by the boss. His wife also a Licensed Tour Guide which I've booked her to bring us to climb Huangshan. We don't need to climb and walk unnecessary path while she will led us to the scenic spots directly. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain and just a 10 minutes walk to the entrance.

We loved our modern room in a central location. The beds were nicely soft, the shower was great after a day of hiking, and the room was clean. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and were always there to support us; whether it was planning a hike, deciding where to eat, or arranging transportation. We felt very welcome and would 100% recommend this place!

The hotel is perfectly located for climbing Huangshan. You can walk to the entrance. And the best time to do that is in the morning before the crowds arrive. The hostess was very accommodating, but unfortunately she doesn't speak English. But I've gotten used to that by now. She organized a pick-up for me and a shuttle service that also took me back to the train station. And all for an unbeatable price. You can definitely use the service. The hotel is above a small shop, so you won't go hungry. There is also a delicious bakery nearby. The internet was really good and stable, it was a pleasure. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good hotel.

No lift, 4 floors of stairs but the owner kindly carried my bag.

It was a new or refurbished building. Large modern room, no mould yet in the shower. 10 minutes walk to the Huang Mountain entrance and bus to cable car.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to go on a hike to the Huangshan mountain. The staff is very helpful, they arranged a shuttle for us to get to the hotel for a very reasonable price and also helped us hire a car to see different venues. They were also very friendly, kind and did everything they could to help us have a great stay. On the first day, they showed us a map with different trails on the mountain and what can we do up there.

Not much really. Plenty of eating options but no western breakfast or bread anywhere. Fortunately I found some 油条 （churros-like).

The owner was kind enough to fetch me at the station (for a reasonaable fee) and took me back there to catch my train. Exceedingly convenient. The family/staff were quit hospitable. The hotel is located at a short walking distance from the entrance to the park.
