AustraliaSome of the staff at the lobby bar and at the front door were not helpful, which was a shame as most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet needs improvement and to bring it up to standard.

The food at the intercontinental zhuhai is always awesome. Having lived there for 18 years. It was nice to be back and to an awesome property! The workers tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The club lounge needs improving when it comes to food catering.

Spacious comfortable room. Views of the bridge and overlooking Macau. Nice decor throughout the hotel. Good efficient service for handling arrivals and arranging transportation and payments. Liked the power of the shower.

MalaysiaReception was at the first floor and wasn't very clear when we approached the hotel. Also not being able to use Google map properly made our stay a bit troublesome at times.
The location was the best with a short walk to the railway station and yet just across the beach. the staff was very helpful especially with the Didi car service where the diriver didn't have the change and the conscierge dashed about to help get the change. We thought that was going beyond the call of duty. At the end he still couldn't get the change but did a direct transfer from his personal account to the driver and so we just gave the difference to him for his effort.

The room was Spacious and well designed. We booked two rooms with the bridge view, and it was fantastic.Staff Ivy was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was a variety and quite tasty. Definitely recommended! Best hotel in Zhuhai, will book again next time we visit!
