Breakfast could be a bit more varieties for a 5-star hotel. The queue was a bit long in the morning.

It’s great for kids with a big swimming pool. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of juice choices for a hot day. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. The lobby was spacious and comfortable so we could stay a bit longer after checking out.

We liked the convenient location and kids facilities. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with kids. Indoor playroom is charged separately, but even without that there are plenty of activities - water play, train, pirate ship and beach pool. Service was very good, Yuki helped us with smooth check in and Lisa (if I remember correctly the name of Spanish speaking staff) was helpful all throughout our stay. Food quality was excellent with wide array of offerings for breakfast including freshly squeezed juices and delicious pastry.

I wanted to upgrade to half board, but I was told it was not possible. This added about 30% onto the cost of the trip, as the cost of meals were very expensive considering they were all buffet. This was a 5 star treat for our child's birthday, but the additional costs really took the fun out of it for us

I'd stayed at the hotel before. Returning to it was a conscious decision, as I'd been very satisfied. The swimming pool is excellent; so are the rooms (especially the bathroom/toilet areas). TV channels available. Concierge service very friendly and efficient.

Food options a bit expensive (although young kids do eat free at the breakfast and dinner buffet) and ordering food in the restaurant and room service took quite a long time to come (1hr). Kids playroom expensive and the kids restaurant was "fully booked" when we tried to eat there. Was a holiday weekend so it was busy and breakfast had a queue if you didn't get in early. Some other guests smoke in rooms.

Nice big hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and good quality with make your own fruit juice station, Nespresso coffee station, many types of food. Swimming pool was also fantastic with a small beach area, kids slides, huge pool with a pirate ship! It has a good gym. Rooms have a balcony, but some with little view, so if you want a decent view request it. 2 minutes walk from the subway station.

It was disappointing the quality of the food we experienced as well as they take a lot of time to prepare it in the pool bar.

Facilities for kids are fantastic. Room size and amenities very nice! Staff was friendly however their English is very poor.

Sorry it had taken me a month to write this review. I want to especially thank the manager at the executive lounge (Even Lin 林伊雯). She was so helpful throughout the stay and helped me to contact the Didi company to find my iPhone which I had left on the Didi on the way to the hotel. She also helped us with other things as well during the trip which made our stay very smooth. We booked the InterContinental Club Room so we had club lounge access on the 7th Floor. We got upgrade to an even better room with a view to the theme park next door. The staff at the hotel are very professional. The hotel is very well ran with a family focus. We loved the pool /beach / water park in the middle of the hotel. There are elevators connecting the guests from the room floor straight to the pool area. The breakfast was amazing by the way. Lots of options of western and Chinese food. There is a underground train station a few steps in front of the hotel entrance. So it is well connected. We really enjoyed our vacation and thank you once again Club Intercontinental Manager (Even Lin 林伊雯).

during breakfast time it was very busy, i think the space and number of staff is not enough to accommodate so many guests for the guests. for the juice bar, had to wait for over 30 mins for the fresh juice. i stayed for 4 nights and there was one day we needed to move to another restaurant with less variety of food for our breakfast.

the cleaning staff was very detailed. she knew our needs and would do her best to accommodate our needs. overall i think all the staff there are very helpful and supportive to be there for you. we will come back and stay again.

The view of room is blocked by trees. Also felt disturbed by the KTV nearby even with the windows closed. Fortunately the loud singing finally stopped at around 9-ish pm. The TV is a bit far from the bed and there are not many choices of TV programs or films for non-locals. The bed is too soft, and high for elderly.

Room is very large and spacious with a nice hot tub. The hotel is next to Exit C of metro station, with a large outdoor swimming pool and beach. Great variety of choices for breakfast buffet, especially coffee, Chinese tea, and fruit juices.
