The hotel is clean, comfy and the staff went on huge lenghts to accommodate us, even helping us order food or call taxis.

Poor facility

The homestay suited my needs. Lots of eateries around. Walking distance to Railway station. Booked the Terra Cotta Warriors tour thru them. They arranged a very earlymorning Airport drop off.

Nothing.

Our late arrival and early departure weren't a problem for the hotel - they were able to accommodate our needs. The rooms are basic, no frills, but comfortable, and we slept well. The location is pretty good, as we were able to get a metro directly from the train station

The cleanliness could definitely be improved - there were stains on some of the walls and even the door of our room.

Awful smoking smell, the facilities are old a bit

Nice accommodation around 10 mins walk from the closest metro station, room was clean and well-equipped, staff was nice and spoke some English, there's an option to buy some drinks etc on the spot but it's also close to main street and some food smaller alleys. We got a nice veggie breakfast. There's also a possibility to leave your luggage if you want to go to Terracota Army and then move on later in the day to a different city. All in all very pleasant place.

it was very difficult to find at first as neither google maps not apple maps show the correct location of this place. If you arrive by metro and want to walk ask the hotel to give you directions as the most popular map apps will lead you wrongly. We were helped by a volunteer on the street who helps lost foreigners like us, she called the hotel and then walked with us there. But once you know where it is it's super easy to find.

Really welcoming staff, they understand a bit of English, so communication was good. Location was okeyish, 10 min by walk from the metro station.

No lift, but they help us with the luggage. Air condition was non working properly and making strange noise during the night. Clean needs to be improved a lot. Next to the bed, there was a light that can’t be turned off and keep blinking.

Very comfortable and good price, we had a good breakfast and a very complete tour to the terra cottage warriors offered by the hotel.

Good locations close to the city walls. Cheap stay in Xi’an. Staff were friendly also!

Nice and quiet, the guy that checked me in was lovely and helpful! The bed was very comfortable!

The map on booking.com doesn’t match the actual location so beware of that, message and ask for more of what they are near and you’ll get right there.

Room was clean. Cleaning Staff was friendly. Hotel accept foreigners. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location. Easy access to food.

No lift. Front office staff not always around. Could be due to lunch break. Too many pets ie adorable cats n dogs.
