I've stayed in many homestays, but this one is simply divine! From booking the room, the housekeeper was very patient and answered all kinds of questions clearly. The room has super good lighting, and the hygiene is very good, which makes the mood better.

Facilities: Complete daily necessities. Hygiene: Bed sheets and floors are very clean and odor-free. Environment: The surrounding shopping and transportation are very convenient. Service: The housekeeping service is very good, and they respond to all requests. I will choose this place again when I come to Shanghai next time

The host are very active and warm and helpful. The images in the property were different from the place we stayed in. There was water clogged in the bath area which was disgusting. I feel I should be given a complete refund.

Close to Nanjing West Road metro station, just a 7 minute walk away. We checked in kind late, and the homestay even arranged for a butler to pick us up at the gate of the complex, which was so sweet

Although the room is small, it has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave and a pot for cooking.

Great location with many local shops and big malls. However, the next metro station was a 10 min walk away.

Not really clean and the apartment looked much more used than on shown on the images.

Location was good. Communication with staff was great, very responsive and helpful. They offered to arrange another room when the initial room was not great but by then we have found another hotel. They offered a refund however that was processed as a transfer and not a refund so I couldn't actually get the refund as I don't have a chinese bank account. Money wasted but they did try.

The room itself was terrible. Strong mould smell, mould in the shower, towels opened from a sealed packaged had a stain on it. The photos on the ad were of the same room however looked like much higher quality than what the room actually was. Would 100% not recommend especially if you are travelling with little kids.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location is in a very young and hip area with many bars. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the area.

The communication was incredible - we never actually met anyone as it was a self check-in but we had a number on WhatsApp and every question was answered in less than a minute, and there were a LOT of questions! It was our first time in Shanghai and.I had no clue what I was doing, so there were massive complications with the internet (tip - don't travel to China with a Google phone - total nightmare). When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous people, so I sent a quick message and they arranged it straight away and on my last day they offered money back for the inconvenience which I didn't ask for, which was very nice of them. The location is kind of challenging as most Didi drivers struggle to find it so we ended up using the Metro a fair bit which is a 10 minute walk away. We loved our stay in Shanghai, it was totally overwhelming and requires multiple visits before you even start to get a feel for it I think.

The location was ok, but was not the easiest to find for Didi drivers or to even locate on a map. Google maps doesn't work and oy with a VPN, so we used Amap which rarely worked either. The problems we had were nothing to do with the accommodation, it was problems with using WiFi or Cellular data as a foreigner.

Clean rooms with basic amenities. Convenient location with lots of eateries nearby.

The exterior of the building is worn out and it is located in a community estate. The room was basically one of three units.
