我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容

- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）

真实点评原來係瑞士的酒店集團, 設計真係唔同, 唔係一般粗糙扮高級的庸俗感, 而係優雅有品味, 雖然有些少舊, 但細節講究. 尤其電梯用鏡反映出4倍空間, 係好聰明又好特別的做法. 房間入面, 即使枱燈亦有線條, 連鋼水都靚D, 而且係互相呼應的, 唔係淘寶果種扮高級, 所以喜出望外.
二合一洗頭水就差D, 用完變鋼線頭. 枕頭亦麻麻地, 太扁.

真实点评地方也比较繁华，附近有一个很大的商场（海岸城）、也有不少吃饭的地方。
豪华度和酒店比较我预期低，装修也比较old fashion.

真实点评多次入住深圳凯宾斯基，酒店整体上还是可圈可点的，体验感不错。房间整洁，床垫舒服，早餐丰盛，用餐时间长，选择多样；更值得一提的是酒店的服务，管家式服务很贴心，经理Alyssa的服务好，有问题找她就对了。提点小建议：老顾客入住都没有安排欢迎水果，要是能有水果的话那就更完美了
