Unstable WiFi (I spent there five nights). No toilet paper. For one night and next morning there was cold water.

Very good location. Kind, nice and helpful owner. Cute dogs and cats. Comfortable room, clean sheets, warm duvets, electric blankets. Friendly atmosphere.

Facilities in the room are not designed to stay at this hotel during the winter. Too cold, need some improvement in keeping the warm temperature in. Lack of toilet paper and cleaning in public areas.

Great hosts with a nice atmosphere and wonderful animals-companions. Good location in a silent cozy corner, far from cars and tourists.

A nice guesthouse downtown with helpful staff, dorm rooms are in a refurbished authentic wooden building. Although there were no toilet papers in the bathrooms.

Fairly basic facilities but excellent value for money.

Great little hostel owned by a lovely local woman. Perfect location across the road from the old town. A range of Chinese and foreign guests so great for meeting other travellers. Nice social atmosphere in the evenings.

Need to climb a bit of stairs. My room has issue with basin and shower but they fit it fast. Room is without air con or fan, is a bit hot.

The room was a bit untidy. I was given sheet covers for the mattress, pillow, and blanket to change them.

The location is near the old city and is surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. A good value for what you pay. I met cool people there too!

My room has no complete facilities as mentioned. But we can request and they sent it to my room.

Room is clean and spacious, great location, Yang is a very nice person and helpfull. He help us organize car rental and daytrip to Jade dragon mountain. He also advise nice and reasonable places to eat. Love his friendly dog Laoliu.

Nobody never at the reception. No toilet paper. It's recommended to save everything; toilet paper, water, electricity... I had to close the curtains of my room as it was straight to the neighbors' window always opened. Could hear the couple fighting 😔 Never talked to nobody there except the doggies and the cats.

The location was great. Just across the ancient town. But... It took me one hour to find the hidden entrance. You have to cross the street from the bus stop then on the right of a fancy hotel you'll find some steps to go down the entrance. Didn't find the address on Google map or AMAP.

How often I feel lost in China because I can't speak the language but I manage and it all works out with language apps.

A hot pot for coffee was provided but they also had a menu. The staff was stellar in assisting me with every need, from mapping and transport, updating my phone etc. One of them took me out into the Ancient Town and we did a night of eating through the whole town, he paid for it. it was fantastic.
