We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were amazingly friendly and even though there was a language barrier, they were really helpful and arranged shuttle transfers to and from the airport, our luggage storgae and they even gave us yogurt and bread as a replacement for our breakfast as we had to leave the hotel at 4am. They were lovely and we would love to stay there again. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and had everything you needed - toothbrushes, combs, slippers etc.

This is the best airport hotel I have ever been to. They have free pick-up/drop-off service, free late-night food (yexiao), and excellent breakfast. The room is so beautiful, modern, and clean. The bed is super large and comfortable. Everything is 10/10. And none of these could compare to the service they provide; the staff are so warm and helpful, they try their best to make you feel at home and help you with everything they can to make you have a smooth trip. Definitely recommend. Thanks a lot for everything!

United KingdomAmazing hotel, highly recommended especially if you have a long/overnight layover as it’s so close to the airport. Many places to eat and restaurants around the hotel. This hotel was very clean, spacious, and modern. I slept very well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me out so much and answered my questions. You can request a shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport and to drop you off at any time needed - just ask at the check in desk. I messaged the property about where the pick up spot was and they were quick to respond. I’d recommend getting an eSim as having internet was what made most of this layover easy, and communicating is normally over real time conversation translators which I enjoyed!

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed—much more than I expected for an airport hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. Just a heads-up: English isn’t spoken here, so having Google Translate ready will make things much smoother. Overall, a fantastic and restful stopover!

United KingdomThe window must have been left open as it smelt of smog inside which was quite suffocating. The room front door was difficult to lock (had to try to close it multiple times for it to lock. Smell. Unsure if this was smog, cigarettes or from the bathroom smell. It looked clean but didn’t smell clean. Breakfast not western-friendly but it’s okay, we were staying as we were here during our flight stop.
Loved the spacious and comfortable room. Provided toothbrushes and toothpaste etc. Big TV and nice lighting. Staff were nice where they used a translate app if they didn’t understand you which was great. Free airport pick up and drop off (make sure you have cell phone service in china!) Very quick to airport and back (5 minutes drive) Responsive via Booking.com chat but you may have to translate the reply
