    Just the way that it’s a high building

    They couldn’t find my booking and they extra priced for staying. They told me also to leave 2000 deposit. No one could speak English.

    Non of the staff spoke any English so it was very hard to communicate anything. The restaurants weren’t open when online they said they were, we had to go out everyday for food and in the area that’s hard. The breakfast was over priced for what there was to offer. The carpets weren’t very clean & there was no remote got the blind in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy however

    The family suit is a good choice for us, because we have 4 ppl, and the location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to Humen Park, shopping malls and railway station. Food for breakfast was adequate for our needs. The reception is very nice, smiley, and professional.

    The day we arrived hotel, we would like to have a look the food in the restaurant on the 61th floor, and the manager stopped us many times to not let us go inside, and we were told by her that because is the mealtime, so we can't go inside, the attitude is not friendly. The room is a little dusty, because I have allergic rhinitis, and I can't stop sneeze in the room. The cleaning details can be improved.

    It's completely glamourous to stay on the 56th floor of a former Sofitel. Gorgeous marble and incredible attention to detail in the design of the room.

    To be honest, getting a taxi or an uber....or any kind of ride....from the concierge....is nearly impossible for foreigners. There are currently apps in use in this part of China that have replaced all taxis. Similar to Uber, but 100% in Mandarin. Therefore, I walked everywhere.

    the property and facilities is quite well. the furniture and some staff in rooms are pretty old and should be properly maintained or even better renewed. in some rooms tropical shower didn’t work.

    the most thing I didn’t like is that the reception staff doesn’t speak English. Only day time 1 or someone 2 persons spoke English. we had a very late check in and spent about 1 hour to explain about booking and all issues and get the keys. every night guests faced the same issues. we had a big event and the hotel was full with foreigns but the hotel wasn’t ready to host and support big number of guests. need to improve English knowledge…🤔

    Great pool. Good room with nice view. Pleasant, helpful staff.

    Shower stall leaked a bit. Needs minor repair. carpet could have been cleaner. no slippers or robes for children
