The house is located strategically and the host is extremely friendly and helpful. The most unforgettable thing is the host fetched me to the airport on the electric bike in the early morning. The host is a hiker and reacue team member who can share a lot of stories.

The host is extremely nice and helpful. During our stay he took us to a food market near the accommodation. He also has many tips for activities and trips around Guiyang.

The owner is a very nice man although he speak little English, he can help with any issues such as book tour for you, get any information you need, show you around, the location of the apartment is very central, near old train station, getting food, go to shopping , all very easy. Do not shy of asking owner's help, he is very kind man and always is willing to help. The roof garden is very unique, I enjoy sitting there watching train in the distance goes by.

WHen you arrive, no clear No. of street sign, do not worry, ask around. THe apartment building is very old outside, reflect old China era buildings, but inside apartment is much better.

120% recommendation, if we could we would give 11/10. Even despite the language barrier we communicated a lot through translation apps. We got a lot of help and useful information this way and even were invited for dinner on our last night :)

It is close to Guiyang Railway Station, Guiyang Subway Station and 二七路小吃街。

The property address is not user friendly to foreigners, especially those who don't speak Mandarin. The block is difficult to find as it is not along the main road.

The location is great--near one of the mainline train stations, a metro station and a large street food market. It's good value for money, and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and communicative.

Nothing. Only the surroundings looks old and dark at night but it is safe to walk in China.

Near to Guiyang railway station and many eating places nearby. Host is very helpful and obliging. Has washing machine but no dryer.

No lift to the unit, carrying heavy luggage up is an issue for older people. Road from Railway Station to the unit is very bumpy and uneven.

I just loved the homely vibe so much that I had to book an extra two days. Went out for hot pot with the host and another roommate - it was delicious. Also managed to catch a cold, it was the perfect place to lay low and recover.

Fabulous host. He is super kind and helpful. He cooked me meals, took me to his flower shop, drove me around the city, and even did some stargazing. Can't complain, my stay was very comfortable!

The host, Li Yun, is the best guide to Guiyang! He knows hospitality and is very friendly! The double room was very clean, neat, comfortable and cozy. I would definitely book it again do I ever come back to Guiyang. The inn is an amazing apartment with a huge balcony and terrasse with plants, cactus and flowers. It’s quite zen and you can rest or chitchat in the common living room. I stayed overnight at Li Yun’s, but I go back with great memories and stories to tell!

The windows are not soundproof if people are talking on the balcony or the kitchen.
