Comfort of the room

An Average breakfast it should be more continental.

A very good service

When doing checkout the reception girl was unable to call a taxi for us. In opposition the another reception girl supported and helped us to call to another hotel to rectify a booking. So a very good and bad experience depending on the people attending the customer.

Good location

No coffee or milk in the room .

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks. Great location, spacious room, very friendly and helpful employees. With the upcoming subway line 5, I expect the hotel will be more convenient.

One hotel elevator was under maintenance.

The room is huge with great size of bathroom.

Hotel should provide coffee equipments in each rooms instead of putting the coffee machine next to reception.

The room was surprisingly big..a living area with a big desk and a sofa, and a bedroom the was really big. The bathroom had a bathtub and an adjoining shower. Lots of bathroom amenities available.

We paid for breakfast, but it was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel rooms are in a commercial building. I'm not sure if it was an office block first or a hotel. It's also a bit dated. Back in the days when it was first fitted it was probably quite grand. Not now though.

Great location in downtown Nanjing ( Gulou district ). Fantastic, friendly, professional staff…..couldn’t do enough for us!🥰

The rooms are very large and clean. The view of the city from above is impressive. Our son loved the pool and the TV in the bathroom. A quick tip: the Chinese Uber, Didi, takes you to the old town quickly and inexpensively.

The subway in front of the hotel is unfortunately closed

Spacious rooms and neat and tidy. Well stocked with sewing kits etc, clean bathrooms, good breakfast

The rooms were huge with 2 double beds. Amenities were well provided and breakfast was good. The gym is well equipped and the children enjoyed playing ping pong while waiting for the laundry which was next to the gym.

Probably can improve the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room.

Rooms were great, large and staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff in particular were very friendly and the reception area was lovely.

You could have made more of the spa. We went to have a look but the member of staff was smoking at the spa reception (not a good look) and couldn't tell us or show us the options for treatments. The swimming pool looked poor.

Spacious room and high floor with a paranoma view ,front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Need to change room coz the aircon isn't working well.

We had a fantastic view from our room over Nanjing city! Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and easy to leave our bags at the reception after check-out for picking them up later in the afternoon.
