Hong KongThe lobby is on the 68 floor and that one has amazing views already. Our room was on the 87th floor and the view from there is just.. wow! The outdoor heated pool (highest in the world we were told) is on the 71th I think and it's simply fantastic. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the shopping center next door with a direct access from the hotel lobby is very cool, huge and has lots of different options for food and shopping.

United StatesThe person in charge of communicating with clients on Booking.com is not doing their job. It took days every time to get a response about airport pick up. When we got off the plane, no one was there.
Very nice property. Beautiful view, obviously. Great location in a fun area. Really good selection of international movies. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is really well worth the money. The location is excellent! The hotel is very new. The staff are all very lovely and always helpful. Loved the outdoor pool too. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back soon!

United StatesI can honestly say that everything was wonderful. For the first time in quite a while, I have nothing to suggest for improvements! I feel this property that will do quite well and succeed, even given the current hardship in the economy there.
The hotel was "newer". The service was superior, attentive and thorough. The proximity to things in the center of the city were perfect, just a quick taxi to anywhere we wished to go. The amenities the hotel offered and the layout of the room were excellent. The room was very romantic and the bath tub such a wonderful, classy touch.

Singapore1. breakfast is good but everyday is the same. variety can be different at least few items 2. cleanliness of the room can be improve. the sliding partition door for bathroom. both end closing part is full of dust. and the windows ledge is dust also. as I have a baby crawl on the floor. 3. baby cot height is dangerous for the baby. baby could climb out from the cot. the bed should be lower towards to floor 4. lighting of the room too dim and the control of light is too minimum . bedside light - ceiling light - bathroom light - entrance light - cove light - table light or etc. either off all light or on all light. too difficult for adjustment 5. housekeeping can do a better job during make up room maybe they are in-experience. they just do a very very simple touch up. maybe just fold up the blanket or change the towel and give new set of amenities. I noticed that when they make up other room, the room door is close , not sure is right or wrong. As I understand that your hotel is new. there still have room for improvement. hope my next visit could be better. thank you for your time for reading this long feedback

BelgiumIt would be great if the gym could be used with the hotel card before 7am. It would be nice if there would be sun umbrellas in the pool area and a few more sunbeds. The rooms are nice, but I don't understand the concept of having a big drawer for the fridge in front of the window, the amazing view is already partly blocked by table and chairs. .
Gym was fully equipped incl. a power plate, well maintained and with a great view. The pool was very nice and view from the pool was amazing. The location of the hotel is very suitable to explore the city. The local staff was really nice and friendly.. The breakfast in choices, variety, quality and presentation was exceptionally good. There were some issues in terms of communication at the beginning, but the hotel solved all and made up very well for the issues.
