Perfect location for visiting the city's main attractions, in a beautiful neighborhood where you can also find excellent Western restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, with impeccable service and a clean room. Daily cleaning and linen/towel/bathrobe changes are available. The breakfast is good and plentiful, offering a wide selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The room features a large screen that you can connect to and use to watch anything you want from your PC or phone. Great value for money — highly recommended!

The layout was odd that you enter the bathroom from the main door. It was innovative but my personal preference is to have a conventional separate bathroom.

Room attendant on my floor helped to open the door, showed me around the room and even brought kids slippers for my child.

The room manager and cleaner, namely, Dong Lina, Kou Tangxiu, Ding Chang Mei, are very kind and helpful

The reception staff were very friendly to us no matter what request you need, they did their best to help you. They gave us upgraded room upon our check in time. They were patient and helpful! And also the administrative steward : Kemin Zhang who was very nice to us. She did checked with us what we need, and asked us hows the staying experience…. All are exceed our expectations! Definitely we will stay here again in future! Thanks a lot!

Location was wonderful, just beside subway, across a very big shopping center with anything you could hope for. Room was absolutely lovely, quiet and very clean. Kids really enjoyed the bathtub. Breakfast was beyond any expectation, amazing options, very good, coffee was unbelievable good. Miss Zhang Kemin helped us throughout our stay, she was very professional and amazing! Even the room cleaners were very polite and friendly and helped us with suggestions on what to see and do in the city. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The hotel is conveniently located near the 新街口 metro station and right opposite the DeJi shopping centre (I think the biggest shopping centre in Nanjing). The family room is big and has good water pressure for shower. The hotel staff are all very nice. The breakfast is really good. Lots of options.

Would have preferred a room with city view instead of the car park but could be the design of hotel itself.

We got a free upgrade from the hotel manager as we ask for rooms close to each other. Breakfast was very good with very friendly staffs. Exceptional was housekeeping service. Our housekeeper Xiao Pan was especially attentive! She even made my husband ginger tea after learning he was not feeling well. What a great service!

Everything was great!

The Nanjing Central Hotel was wonderful - clean, quiet (this is saying something, since there is a busy road directly outside and Nanjing traffic seems to be even more chaotic than in other Chinese cities), and luxurious. The room layout was a bit weird, making the bathtub very short, but this didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay at all. The staff were wonderfully helpful, too
