The root cause of this issue was that the hotel faced a peak of large-scale simultaneous check-ins for the first time. On April 14th, there was an urgent shortage of guest rooms. To minimize the impact on your itinerary, we immediately activated our emergency response: On one hand, we promptly pushed out notifications about the tight availability of rooms through the booking platform, allowing you to plan your trip in advance. On the other hand, upon your arrival, we explained the situation to you in person right away and recommended alternative hotels of the same grade that are equipped with our exclusive shuttle buses. Although some guests understood and accepted the coordination plan, we are fully aware that the tolerance you showed cannot make up for the inconvenience caused by our service shortcomings. Regarding the issues you raised, such as the outdated facilities, indoor old, the closed swimming pool, and the breakfast not matching the promotion, we have established a special task force to follow up on the handling. We have not only ordered the partner hotel to immediately conduct a thorough investigation and rectification but also will review the service standards of all our partners. At the same time, we will comprehensively optimize our internal reception processes, upgrade our service training system, and improve multi-scenario emergency response plans to prevent similar problems from happening again from the institutional level.
