The hotel is a perfect choice for whoever wants: comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, fantastically friendly assistance from the hotel staff, proximity to the exhibition centre, public transport (including the subway). I booked my room here based on the reviews I read and I was not disappointed. Next time in Guangzhou will pick this one again, without any doubt or hesitations. Go for it! For this price, excellent value!

Selection of wine there was only red wine, which I have allergies too, would have been nice to have option in white wine.

The location for Canton Fair is excellent. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. They can help you whenever you have queries. Their reception staff Zora was an excellent staff member who went the extra mile to assist us when answering our questions about the city in general and also hotel related inquiries.

Breakfast was ok but 12 days the same each day. They should make some changes in menu.

Great localisation, near to metro station and malls with lot of restaurants of kind. Personel did great job. Each day room was cleaning, towels were changed and refilled cosmetics.

No dislikes. It's not walking distance to a metro station, however catching a Didi is incredibly efficient and easy.

Had a great stay at LN DongFang PaZhou. Customer service was top notch, incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, new interiors, very clean and well maintained. Views of the Zhujiang River was beautiful. Breakfast had a decent variety and appreciated the small details like the scented hand cream.

The stuffs at the reception are racist acting unbelievably bad depending on the citizenship of the guests. They do not have any knowledge / experience about the visa rules & applications of the foreigners.

Almost no one from the staff spoke English, it’s a minus, they work in the hotel where foreigners stay, they must study English, it was hard to communicate

I really liked it, the room was cleaned every day, coffee, tea, water, new towels, it was a comfortable stay. Location is also nice, there are some restaurants beside it, small supermarket, mall and amazing embankment

The Wi-Fi was slow, at times non-existent. When you rely on Wi-Fi for work, this can be quite an unpleasant experience.

Breakfast was good, with many oriental options, sometimes labelled in English, and at other times not, but altogether navigable. The buffet options were great. The minibar was stocked and replenished daily with non-alcoholic beverages, and bottled water was in constant supply in the rooms. The cleaning is of a particularly high standard.

Some rooms had issues with the A/C Suites on the 22nd Floor right under the Restaurant will hear the noise from moving chairs... and can be very Uncomfortable

The location is near the Canton Fair, but you will need to use a taxi to get there. It's calm and relaxing. Free beverages are provided. Pretty good breakfast.

Employees were not fluent in English , although they were willing to help communication was a challenge .i asked a late check out and they told me that late checkout was available only with charge for 4 hours they charged half stay although it was the last day of the fair and the hotel would not be fully occupied the next day . The food at the restaurant was very bad

You really need to pay for english lessons to your staff. They dont speak at all. Also need to check the wifi service, everyone says its SLOW, and it certanly was..
