Nice and smiling front desk staff, room service daily, specially thanks to duty manager who spokes english nicely and help us when we check out time, he pull out our luggages to measure as per airlines permit.

Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. All rooms are on 2nd floor which is very good for customers because lift comes in less than a minute. so no waiting for lifts.

The breakfast was good, different but very nice. The location was good, it was a bit far from the Canton Fair complex but the shuttle was very useful. The hotel had everything I needed and was fit for purpose. The staff were helpful.

SingaporeWe were "surprised" by the smell 1 of the night in reception lobby as the rubbish bin was full and so smelly! They didn't clean it till the next morning....As a hotel., they should take the "smell" seriously.
Hotel provides mineral water bottles, clean towels , toothpaste sets and clean room everyday. Bedsheets & towels were new and clean. Staff is friendly. There are many good restaurant, massage shop surround the hotel with walking distance only. Worth the price! Few flows of water bottles in the morning at level 2 is a bonus point!

PhilippinesWifi was a slight issue but this was not the hotel's fault. My phone was purchased from my home country and my apps are blocked in China. The staff showed me their wifi is working fast with their local mobile phones so it's not the problem from hotel wifi but from my phone. This was easily solved by using data from my international e-sim which allowed me to use all my apps (except google map of course). Not a big issue for me coz I found a solution.
Good location. Walking distance to metro. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. No English but they are very patient using translation apps to communicate. Special thanks to the male staff in the reception who helped me list down the metro stations of every tourist places I wanted to visit. Big supermarket, a mall, and plenty of restaurants and street food stalls as you walk from metro to the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my 6 nights stay. Overall, great value for my money. I will definitely come back.
