The hotel was very noisy, both from outside traffic and from within the building — we had to use earplugs to get some sleep. There was a persistent smell of smoke in both the rooms and the reception area, which was unpleasant. In the evenings, the water was only lukewarm, making showers uncomfortable. Cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom amenities were not enough for two people. Some of the towels were even torn or had holes in them.

The location is very central, which makes it easy to reach main attractions and public transport. The availability of a free laundry service was a great convenience during our stay. Staff were friendly and generally helpful throughout our visit.

Everything ! Every staff were very helpful (they attended to all our questions, and even offer to help us further..). The lobby has an inviting vibes and coffee is available all day long. Room is clean and neat, bed is comfortable (semi-hard type).. Laundry is as well available for free. It is closeby to the metro and has many restaurants and convenience store nearby. There's space to hangout as well in the lobby/outside at the corridor. The location is not directly at the center, but very close by, it's located in a slightly quieter area - which makes it really nice to go out, but nice to stay as well (no noise) .. The hotel has even prepared an itinerary which we could just follow - we find this very thoughtful and helpful ! (Esp. when we did not have anything planned in particular)

Separate toilet with no bidet. Rather unfriendly staff who only nodded stiffly, face down with no eye contact when we bidded them goodbye upon checking out. However, another staff who greeted us upon check in was very friendly and helpful. It's a pity they couldn't maintain the good impression until the end.

Very conveniently located next to Metro station, super friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness and service was great. They provide bottled water, a coffee machine in the lobby to use for free, and there's a microwave for your use in the basement area. Walking distance to 观前街, and easy to get to all the touristy/garden areas by Metro. Lots of food options on the street behind it. Rooms were very clean and comfy. I'd definitely come back again if I return to Suzhou :)

The walls are thin, you can hear the guests mumbles through the walls,the sound of people in the hallway and doors slamming across the floor and the sound of water running through the pipes.

Close to the station, rooms were modern and hotel lobby has nice charm. staff couldn’t speak English but they tried their best with a translator device and they were all friendly.

Great location near, but not in the middle of, all the attractions. Plenty of food and shops around, and a convenience store across the alley. The metro station is around the corner, and its two stops from the train station It was quiet and clean, and there's a blue flamingo on the wall that lights up, what more can you want. You can get coffee downstairs, and there's washing machines downstairs. Id have no issues to stay here again

The staff I came into contact with didn't really speak English but used auto-translate and along with my limited Mandarin we were able to understand each other. Bathroom was a little bit open-plan with a frosted glass screen separating the area from the bedroom (and the WC was a separate entity completely) but staying there alone this didn't present any issues for me.

Located in a safe and clean area, just a four or five minute walk from Leqiao metro station which is very convenient. Busy roads nearby, but there are a couple of mini-marts and some restaurants a short walk away. Room was comfortable and stylish. Tea-making facilities and bottled water provided. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Complementary coffee machine in the lobby.

Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay! We did not have a Chinese bank account so couldn't use local taxi apps, which we didn't realize at first. Staff Xiaoyu Liu helped us call taxis multiple times, from and to the hotel. Very patient and extremely helpful. Without her we could've been stuck out there on our first night out because we simply didn't know that we couldn't get a taxi ourselves. Great location, clean rooms. Will definitely stay again if in the city.

It would be great to provide two key cards for us. Not very convenient as key card is required to access electricity in the room. Laundry machines can be cleaner. Shower is not sealed and water spills outside. Bigger bins. Brighter lighting in bathroom.

The area for breakfast was shut down, nothing to do with the pictures. Pictures are very saturated and illumination is not realistic. The place is OK, but pictures may be misleading.
