Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIf I had to make a suggestion, maybe the rooms are beginning to be a bit dated but not a big issue really.
Incredibly convenient location, in the centre of Guiyang. Swimming pool was a nice escape from the heat of Summer. The breakfast was good, plenty of options for foreigners if you didn't fancy a Chinese style breakfast. Check in was easy (although if u dont speak Chinese u gotta hope they have someone who can speak English for u). Room was a good size and was clean( towels, robes etc provided). Bathroom was big and had plenty of toiletry options. The reception area had a few shops if you need anything. Behind the hotel is a wonderful snack food street with so many amazing local and Chinese dishes, would highly recommend that!

PhilippinesThe Nespresso machine in our room didn't work.
We loved that this hotel is connected to the mall so there are dining and entertainment options for us. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. We were able to request a packed breakfast that we could take with us. There were also English channels available on the TV. Since the toiletries were in refillable bottles, it was very thoughtful to have a small bottle of lotion available for guests.
