The breakfast was a bit of a let down. Lots of options but the quality was only OK. Especially with being a 5 star hotel we expected more from it.

Really good location for accessing Zhangjiajie Forest Park - only 15-20mins walk to the east entrance. The rooms were spatious, clean and comfortable. Liked that the hotel had a sustainability ethos and didn't do a daily sheet change.

We asked for one extra bed. It was quite hard to sleep on. Breakfast could have more western style dishes but overall it was a good breakfast.

Great position near the entrance of the national park. Very big hotel. We needed a big taxi to go to another city (no didi available) and helped us immediately. Room quiet big.

Great location near to East Gate of the yangjiajie park. There is a travel agency in the hotel managed by Mr Zhu. He was most helpful in arranging all the trips to the park for our four days in Zhangjiajie. A big word of thanks to him. Overall, an excellent stay in the hotel.

The only downside was the separation between the bathroom and bedroom was a wooden shutter which you could kind of see through and hear through.

Breakfast was very good! And location was amazing--about a 15 minute walk to the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest. And the staff was very helpful, especially in giving tips for our itinerary and having a van and driver available when we requested.

The hotel has a delicious, varied breakfast. The staff will help you buy tickets to all the local attractions and explain in detail how best to build your route. It was very helpful.

Hotel seems a little dated and tired in parts. Broken floor tile in shower cubicle; shower cubicle grouting between tiles needs a good bleaching to remove mould marks!

Good location for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East Gate Entrance. Large bedroom. Lovely comfortable and luxurious feeling king size bed! Good variety and quantity of food at breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from the entrance of the national park. The rooms, pool, and gym are nice. The consierge provide great dining recommendations for outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Great breakfast! The buffet had a lot of options, both Asian and western style. Also the pool was a nice place to relax after visiting the NP.

The gym was small, old and some machines were broken and not well maintained. Policy to go and order western food in restaurant after 9 pm is discrimination.

The location was great, walking distance from the park east entrance. The outdoor swimming pool was good and clean. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel location is good, it is near to the main entrance of Zhangjiajie Forest East entrance. The room size is big and the breakfast is good. There is also staff to help us buy tickets for the places of interest.
