Amazing place with the most amazing host! We hanged out, played music and got to know Lily a bit in between our plans in the day. The room was very nice and clean, and it had everything we needed. Good coffee in the morning while playing boardgames. It was the perfect escape from the more busy areas we visited. Would definitely come back!

I had the most wonderful stay at this handcrafted music-themed guesthouse by the serene West Lake. Every corner of the house is filled with artistic details – from handmade decorations to vintage musical instruments – it feels like stepping into a peaceful, creative retreat. The hostess is incredibly friendly and speaks excellent English, which made communication super smooth and welcoming. She shared lovely stories behind the decor and even gave me great local tips for exploring the lake and nearby cafés. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that show real care and personality. Waking up to soft music and birdsong, then having tea on the balcony with a view of the lake, was unforgettable.

The lady owner is very sweet and helpful. She is very kind and nice and speaks English ok. She gave me a lot of precious infos about the city!

The property is so comfy and quiet, people can sleep well at night there. More than that, the owner is always kind, she always try to make people feel at home. Absolutely recommended!

Friendly Team. Good location. It is close to major attractions and restaurants. Very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city.

The soundproofing could definitely be improved. No lift, it’s a challenge when have big luggage.

The location is fantastic: very close to the beautiful Westlake, which makes it so convenient to explore the area. I also really appreciated that you could help with laundry and bike rentals – it made everything so much easier! The room was perfect: well-equipped, warm, cozy, and spotlessly clean. On top of that, you lovingly prepared a delicious breakfast, which was the perfect start to each day. Your attention to detail and genuine kindness made my stay truly special. Beautiful surrounding, easy food hunt. Comfortable bed. Small but practical space. Old House.

No direct vehicle access. Need to trek with luggage, sloppy route, watch out for ninja 🥷 motorcycles and bicycles. Old electrical appliance, air conditioner required maintenance, water drippling in one of the room. A little dusty decorations.

Beautiful place

The place is beautiful and comfy. The staff goes behond any expectations for helping you. We had in total three bedrooms, all were clean and comfortable, and we could enjoy a balcony. We had the possibility to do some laundry which helped us a great deal on a long journey.

Great neighborhood. Cozy places and restaurants around. Westlake pretty near.
