Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent spacious hotel. Very nice interior decor. Good room. Spacious bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board! Very tasty food. Lots of delicious seafood. Lovely garden。Extremely helpful staff. Near enough to attractions。 Recommend the Opening Ceremony at the Confucius Temple at 8am! Great hotel.

GermanyThe hotel is located about a 20 min drive from the Qufu East Train Station and about a 20 min walk to the Confucius Temple. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way helping us, also trying to call the Confucius Temple Ticket office for us. English very well spoken. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. The whole family was happy.

GermanyTheir in-house restaurant is too pricey comparing the value that you get (overall experience).
Quiet and tidy compared with the city of Qufu. It’s like a retreat and oasis for relaxing and recharging after visiting the crowded and noisy city and the temple. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and patient, given the case that many guests were rude and demanding (in our observation). The hotel offers a lot activities especially the traditional Chinese clothes dress-up. The staff in Hanfu Guan (汉服馆/六艺轩) is helpful,friendly and patient. We really had a good time trying out some Chinese traditional clothes.
