Highly recommend this apartment for long term stays because of the facilities, cleanliness and helpful staff. Mandy from front desk was so helpful and catering to both mandarin and non mandarin speaking guests, the boy bells were very kind and the cleaning staff were also very thoughtful. Great team here makes the place feel like home :)

-breakfast has A LOT of room to improve. not saying it’s bad but there’s a few things that I felt like mentioning. 1) food options could expand some more. There’s a good amount of Chinese options but western options can definitely be better. 2) portions of the food on display was small. My family are big on salads for breakfast and I think we can basically empty the entire bowl of mixed greens. Once they are almost empty, they don’t get filled up immediately. Sometimes, they wait until the bowl is completely empty to refill or just leave it empty and ignore. We always have breakfast pretty early, not like right before it ends so I think this is something definitely worth mentioning. There’s a lot of empty or almost empty bowls while there’s quite a few staff standing and doing nothing. 3) the staff at the noodle station seems like 不太聪明是样子 there’s one guy that don’t really know how to communicate. I asked for more veggie while I barely get a few leaves in my bowl. When I try to communicate, this guy is lack of response. Him being unresponsive makes me wonder multiple times if he hear me or understand me or not. Once the noodle is ready for me, I was not informed in anyway whatsoever. Since I can’t read his mind, I wasn’t even sure if he will be making my order or not. One time I didnt come close to the noodle station until I’m almost done with breakfast (not knowing if he ever heard my order or not) that he informed me that my noodle has been ready for a long time and it’s now cold. 4)I read reviews about staff members English proficiency and I have witnessed communication difficulties at breakfast for sure. -I read negative reviews about noise from the night market right on the opposite side, I can’t really speak for that bc our room was on the other side of the building. But I could imagine it can get noisy at night especially if you sleep really early

-the price is unbeatable. -the room is nice and clean and spacious. We got a queen bed and a single bed, the size of the bed is big enough and the bed itself is comfy -nice and big fridge. Even we weren’t planning on cooking during our stay, but it’s super nice to keep our drinks and fruits cool within a clean and spacious fridge -I’m a clean freak so I sanitizes the room right away when I first enter. As I wipe down each counter top, I can feel this place is clean -I personally also enjoyed the pressured shower head

The room was spacious and clean. The sea view from the room is nice too. The breakfast was pretty good too with many variety and taste good. There are many other facilities like the swimming pools, gym and free laundry. The real gem of this place is its exceptional staff! During my stay, I made a careless mistake and lost my backpack. But the front desk team, Sweety, Mandy and Peter, went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. Their kindness, empathy, and persistence in making multiple calls to the shop and Didi customer service were truly impressive. I'm forever grateful for their help and dedication. They turned a frustrating experience into a heartwarming one!

I liked the room view , the attentiveness of the staffs for both Front Office and F&B service special mentioned and thanks to both FOM Ms Tian and Front Office staff Ms Li were super efficient and assisted me for the challenge I faced. As property was currently undergoing some renovation. With prompt resolution of noise for my initial room , I have being upgraded to East Tower room, where no renovation going on. Finally I have a sound sleeps during my entire stayed. ROOM size was good, balcony was fabulous overseeing Seaview and YiHeng popular night market As for Ala carte food was tasty, buffet breakfast variety can be better . The savoury Tofu was my favorites. F&B service staffs Ms Betty was fantastic and attentive for guest service and Lucy too. THUMBS UP! My choice of home in Sanya🥰🥰🥰

Location is alright, it's right across the famous night market although we wouldn't recommend, it's crowded and chaotic and it's too loud and we could hear the music from our room throughout the night.

Breakfast was great, there were lots of variety every day to choose from, including an egg and noodle station. Staff were attentive and texted us when the rooms were ready. We especially like the Meituan lockers outside the hotel that made delivery convenient and safe.
