Pool was weird and seemed to be run independently of hotel. A man who spoke no English told us that we must wear a swimming cap to swim. We could have bought one, but we didn't. Gym was not particularly well appointed and didn't seem all that welcoming.

Excellently located hotel with great amenities, perfectly located for Disney and not even too far to visit shanghai itself. Process was very reasonable.

Breakfast and dinner not much Western food that is ok once the hotel is very focused on the chinese family for Disney Vacay.

The hotel is located near the airport (about a 30-minute drive) and about an hour’s drive from the city center. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and I especially liked the hairdryer — it was powerful but not too hot, which dried my hair quickly without damaging it. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Although few of them spoke English, they had a language translation system, so it didn’t affect the level of support they provided. The hotel is close to Disneyland, so many families with young children stay here. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Shanghai again.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good breakfast. Good and friendly staffs. Especially where the children department staffs were patient and friendly. There was also transport provided for other destinations like disneyland, airport and the bund. There is even playground for children to play while waiting for bus to other destinations depart. Overall good services provided.

Difficult to communicate in English. Have translator in your phone, then no problem at all.

The hotel is booked mainly by people going to Disneyland, however we took it to go to the center of the city during the day and to come back for night. Free shuttle bus from airport and to the Bund was very comfortable solution. To come back we had to take metro what took some time but it was very easy. The hotel itself is very modern. Two shops are just in front of the entrance to the hotel.

Great location, they have free shuttles to Disney and airport and are always on time. Friendly staff. Would recommend a foot massage- the next day I felt no pain from the long day in Disney. Friendly staff and clean large room.

Dinner at the property was not great. Breakfast was delicious though. Dinner should be buffet that caters to international people not a Al a cart menu.

Staff gave me wrong room and call us later once we reached the room, then my room is different floor with my group..that is difficult to go to freind's room. Just on reception requires more careful.

Honestly, there were nothing that we did not like about the property. The hotel helped us to take care of everything, including the travel from airport to the hotel, and our return journey to Disneyland. It was amazing!

1. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We wanted to order Meituan but we did not have a China phone number and bank. So, the hotel staff helped us to order the food we wanted. 2. The hotel also provides free return shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the airport, which I find to be really convenient! 3. The rooms are comfortable! I had a relaxing stay and I felt energized after every night of sleep. 4. The shower pressure was amazing.

Short distance to Disneyland. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a playroom in the hotel, and the kids love it. The hotel offers the free shuttle bus to Disneyland, the Bund, airport and the major train station, which is very convenient!

Perfect hotel for visiting Disneyland, very geared up for children. The room was really comfortable and big, the beds were massive. Breakfast buffet was really good and the staff were really helpful. The free airport and Disney shuttle was an added bonus.
