We had a great stay at Modena by Fraser! The hotel is very comfortable, with good air conditioning and an excellent breakfast. The location is fantastic — there are shops and restaurants right on the ground floor and all around the area. One of the highlights was having the best tea shop just across the street — a real treat! Overall, everything was convenient, clean, and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The laundry service is a bit pricy. For washing, 40RMB, for drying, another 40RMB.

Very very good location. Exit 5 of Langao Metro station (Line 7) is the closet exit to the hotel, just walk past the Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel and you are there, it is only 1-2 min walk. There are a lot of eating places at the shopping mall connecting to the subway station.

Big rooms and frequent cleaning. Prompt resolution of any discomfort (ie. Leakage of the bathroom's sink). Water bottles offered daily by the hotel.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from a metro stop, cafes and convenience stores just around the corner. Clean, spacious rooms, the breakfast was just amazing with different dishes being prepared every day, hats off for that. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with everything we needed for our stay with our children.

The location is just perfect, entrance to Metro line 7 is only 50m from the lobby. There's a huge food-court down at the metro station and a Family Market convenient store just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and with a variety of options. Beds are comfortable for two people, rooms fully equipped and there's a small gym on the 2nd floor. And the staff are very helpful!

not a deal-breaker but the bathroom can be seen from the loft :D but if you're travelling with friends/family, should be fine; we just noticed that you can hear when someone is stepping on the stairs from the next room but manageable noise

The staircase have sharp edges. Some metal part on the 2nd floor has sharp edges. My son got cut on his foot.

There was a smoke odor in the room when we first came in (assuming previous guests were smoking) but it was pretty much gone the next day.

The floor of the upstairs bit of our apartment was not cleaned during our whole stay. Our bathrobes were removed after one use and never replaced. The staff at the reception were friendly but not very knowledgeable. They even (confidently) gave us wrong directions for the metro :/

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and big,the beds are very comfortable, the view was lovely, the Breakfast was very good and plenty enough variations to chose from. The location was very near the subway and the Reception was very good. I liked everything and can gladly recomend it.

It's not so close to the main tourist attractions, the wifi only work for Chinese websites. There was not soap for the washing machine and we had to buy a huge soap.
