Very clean, light and modern, the room got cleaned every day even when we didn’t put out the sign. New supply of water bottles everyday and clean towels. The aircon was efficient, and the beds very comfy and not too soft. We met very kind staff that was helpful and they can manage with translations apps. Be aware that if you order a Didi or Taxi they can’t drive up to the front door, but will stop at the nearest road to the hotel, and you can walk a couple of minutes.

The breakfast was so so, but Guangzhou has so much to offer on the kitchen scene so it was never something I expected them to excel in. In the 30-36 degree heat the metro stop felt a bit far away for our kids so most of the time we ordered a Didi/taxi :)

The location of the hotel is very near to the shopping street. Can get foods and shopping once you are out from the hotel.

I need to walk approximately 500m from the main road to the hotel.

The room was clean and had sufficient space for luggage. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The rooftop was peaceful in contrast to the busy walking street below. There were games for kids and common areas to gather and chat with our travel group. Overall very positive experience.

The building has a faint old smell. The entrance to the hotel is down a side lane and can be easy to walk past.

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. But the hotel authorities do not have any arrangements to transport luggage from the road to the hotel or from the hotel to the road. The hotel authorities need to pay some attention to this matter.

Please note location for this property is wrong even on Booking.com. Find it EXACTLY and ONLY by actual address - and not by booking.com map mark or google map mark. It is on walking street - without direct taxi access - very convenient for walking, restaurants access and night strolls.

The location was ok on a pedestrian and commercial street but not so close of the main attractions. You have to walk arround 2 km to Beijing Road for example. The river is also wiite far away. Almost 1 km. The room was clean and the upper terrace a plus. The brakefast was common.

The biggest inconvinient are the two Google map pins. We took the wrong one and we had to walk more than 2 km in the night with the lagguage after a 12 hours flight. The view from the room was horrible with a wall just one meter away. The room was very small.

Amazing place, very central, the staff super kind, I booked for the wrong date, and they changed it the same day I was supposed to arrive. Without charging me. The terrace on the top is amazing. And they bring great tea. Sorry, I think I forgot to pay for it at checkout 🙏

I see it is a habit in Guanzhou to keep AC very cold. When I arrived to the hotel, it was 16°. Got warmer soon, just not very good for the environment.

The room was clean.

Location of the hotel was not family friendly. Cramped toilet, with sink in the main room. Second bed was on the floor. The view from the room was not the best.

Super comfortable futon bed! Nice room, with all necessary amenities and good air conditioning. No noise whatsoever, in spite of being located near one of the nightlife streets. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace to relax at the end of the day. Helpful reception staff, superb breakfast (both Chinese and Western food, great quality and variety, very tasty). Good location, within walking distance from historical district. Very good value for money.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better (as they did not speak English well enough they were ready to use translator to ensure proper communication) . The location is fantastic—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, like rooftop tea spot Overall, a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the shopping street. The taxi does have to drop you off a little down the road as it is a pedestrian street, but that was a minor and nothing to sorry about. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms comfortable.

The toilet and bathroom is very small, the toilet gets soaked when you showered. The breakfast choices were extremely limited as we only eat Halal/Vegetarian.

Place in excellent location for shopping but need to walk from the drop off point around 500m. Alot of good food near there. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Have game in room and lobby. Have free tea and coffee machine. Free afternoon tea everyday. Etnic and cozy the hotel
