We had a truly wonderful stay at Pagoda Hotel. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, and we would happily recommend it to both families and business travelers. The staff deserve a special mention – they were simply outstanding. Ms. Ginny Qu was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She is an absolute superstar. Ms. Tina was also amazing, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The facilities were also very convenient. The hotel provides free use of washing machines and dryers, and even includes detergents that are automatically dispensed with the water – a fantastic service that makes doing laundry effortless, especially for families. For business travelers, the working desks and private rooms are excellent, offering quiet and well-equipped spaces to get work done. Breakfast was good and decent, with a variety of options. However, if you are staying longer than three nights and are not used to Chinese-style breakfasts, you may find the selection a little repetitive. That being said, it was fresh and filling every morning. Housekeeping was also excellent. We stayed in room 1007 from September 2nd to 6th, and the lady who cleaned our room did a fantastic job every single day. She was kind, thorough, and always made us feel welcome – though unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name. We stayed as a family with two children aged 12 and 4, and they absolutely loved it here as well. The environment was comfortable, safe, and family-friendly. Overall, we honestly cannot find any faults with Pagoda Hotel. The combination of excellent staff, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return.

And the things I didn’t like about the room were: there was no space for luggage, no wardrobe, and no safe box — so I had to carry all my documents and money with me every day.

Chinese people are the sweetest and most friendly you can meet. The staff are no different, so kind, helpful and go extra mile for guests. Loved the free washing, drying and ironing facilities. Also the working cubes on the 14th floor is so convenient

My only concern here is that it's not prepared for foreigners, because the room, staff and most facilities are not easy to figure out. Also, I think it's far away from most things that you're probably in Shenzhen scouting for.

This is a very nice hotel, and the facilities are great. It's modern, has robots that do deliveries to your room and contains more than enough essentials that make it a great option to stay. It's also close to a metro station, and it's an easy point for pick-ups and drop-offs by Taxi.

Breakfast was great, fresh made changfen (cheongfun), lots of options including fruit, a coffee, soya milk, some dim sum items, etc. Plenty of variety available each day. A good space on the floor with breakfast to hang out, as well as cubicles to work in if needed. The hotel also has robotic room service, which is very convenient. It's clean, well managed, and easy to use. It's a little bit of a walk to the metro, but not a serious problem at all. Highly recommended.

The two elevators really SUCK I think it's bad programming or something. But takes way too long.

Nice hotel on good location. Close to metro station (X'ian Park, line 12) Breakfast okay, Chinese and European style. Nice personnel, not all of them able to speak in English. Translate on phone works fine. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom with nice shower and great Japanese style toilet. I would definitely go here again! Good to know, the hotel is not in the tall tower, it's next to it 😂

Our stay was too short.

We liked everything during our stay. The hotel is very accommodating and aided us with our requirements from the booking. Thank you. Everybody at the hotel was quite polite, diligent, and professional. The rooms (Japanese styled) were clean and comfortable, with a truly nice view of the city... plus an excellent TV system, and a wonderful bathroom. Food was excellent on the top floor of the hotel. The location is good, as there are some nice places nearby to visit, either at walking distance or by car (Taxi - Didi). Next time, we will stay for a longer time.
