The air con was not as powerful as we would have liked

The hotel is attached to the arrivals hall accessible by lift from gate 14. This makes it very convenient. The hotel is freshly decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Location of this hotel is really great, staff were really friendly. Hotel by itself is bit older, but we don’t mind. Close to hotel is a lot Turkish and Arabic restaurants, for those who don’t really enjoy Chinese cuisine . Breakfast was good, variety of the food.

Only one breakfast for two people staying. Also no leeway with Checking in early when the plane arrives at 7.00 . Also no day room when your plane leaves at 00.10

We liked everything, but a kitchen would have been very handy as I had a few things to warm up. But I suppose we reserved for 1 night so they didn't expect us to have things to cook or warm up.

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff. As we stayed there before, we were upgraded to a fantastic flat on our second reservation. It was a very nice surprise

While it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, I didn’t actually need it during my stay, so it wasn’t a major issue.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Located just outside the terminal, it’s seamlessly connected to the airport by an elevator, so you don’t even need to step outside. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large couch and an amazing shower. The staff were extremely helpful, and I appreciated the flexibility of late checkout and 24-hour check-in. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options, even catering well to European tastes. With all the necessary amenities, I truly loved my stay and would definitely return, especially for the quality of my sleep, the best hotel bed ever.

It was excellent for the price. A perfect location after our flight from Australia; right at the airport. The room was spacious, clean and with very comfy beds (for China). Breakfast was great.

Though I had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a couple of minor issues. One suggestion I have is to automatically include breakfast for two guests when booking a room, rather than only covering one guest. On a positive note, the breakfast was affordable and good value for the price. Unfortunately, I did experience a billing issue, being charged twice for the property. I'm currently working with the management to resolve the refund. According to them, the second charge was a deposit that will be returned, but I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel! The spacious room was a highlight, and I'd say it's one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. The buffet breakfast, included with our room booking, was truly exceptional. Every luxury amenity I needed was provided, including a hair dryer, which was a lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave! Although our stay was short, we were able to experience the excellent facilities, and I couldn't be more impressed. Wish we could have stayed longer, but I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.
