Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very convenient location as it’s inside the airport itself on the arrival area. Staff is also very helpful, English speaking front desk staff. Breakfast buffet with a good spread. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Perfect location straight out of International Departures intot he Hotel. PLenty of food options in airport whisch is connected and can walk there in 5 minutes. Very large room and bathroom, and relativly quiet considering its next to airport.

United KingdomI did advise the hotel that our flight lands at 4.50 am, so it is going to be very late (or early) check in. But when we arrived the reception lady said our booking was cancelled as it’s already so late for check in. Thanks God they had rooms available and all went well, so I just think telling us it was cancelled when I have advised about our late/early arrival was a bit unprofessional.
Really good hotel, just few minutes walk from the terminal by the corridor. We had a good few hours sleep- quiet room with dark curtains was perfect after long travel. Breakfast was great, with our favourite Chinese food items , which we’ve never seen anywhere else before for breakfast (first time in China).

Caring service to my mum who just recovered from her leg surgery and walk with difficulty. Breakfast range are good. Room size is very good. Kitchenette is fully functional with pot amd pans. Turnable tv to fave lounge or bed. Very quiet and comfy bed to sleep.
