Rooms - except, that I had to change rooms twice, on time because whoever was in there before, had smoked so much (despite the no-smoking policy), that the smell was disgusting and unbearable. Hotel should charge guests a high penalty fee, when something like this happens and put a warning sign in the room, so that people think twice. The reason for changing to a third room was, because some rooms obviously ware too far away from the wifi router in the hallway, so you would have no or very weak internet. For better internet I would have had to stand near the entrance door to the room and hold your laptop in your hand, which is neither convenient nor safe.

I certainly didn't like, that none of the staff spoke English or other non-Chinese language. Communication was extremely difficult. Despite being able to use translation apps ... And if you use public transportation, the walking distance to the next subway is a couple of hundred meters, so not very convenient, especially, when it's extremely hot (or when it rains). Also, because the sidewalks and terrain of this modern, artsy neighborhood, that you have to cross, is uneven (and partially with kind of cobble stones). And you need to walk uphill to get to the reception of the hotel, so if you are traveling with heavy gear/equipment/luggage, it's definitely not a good experience. There is not much to see in the neighborhood, restaurants are more for groups of travelers and extremely expensive in my opinion. If you rather enjoy old, "cosy" neigborhoods to see or meet locals and visit traditional shops, then you won't like the location. If you always use taxi to get where you want to go, then it does not matter.
