The staff didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Luckily on of the guests helped us to arrange a taxi to the train station

We arrived late and had to leave the next morning so choose the Sheraton as it was close to the train station. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom very clean. The room had a slight smell of stale smoke but not too bad. The breakfast had good options for westerners and coffee was pretty good

The room and the breakfast was perfect! The staff was really attentive (even though they spoke only very little English), we could even stay a bit longer in the room than checkout time.

Had some problem in front office, charged us less and then blocked the door lock system. But their problem solving was good. Had apologized, treated us so well, overall we enjoyed to staying. Next time will come for sure.

The location was good and the facilities were new. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff were really friendly, we didn't have a swim cap and no cash in our pocket either. But the staff lent us a swim cap. Thank you for borrowing the cap.

Daily cleaning is not good enough and not good enough customized service. There were 3 of us including my 11 year old brother but there were not stuffs such as slippers and toothbrush for him.

Its location is excellent and staff are friendly specially thanks to Robert who helped us a lot.

Swimming pool is unavailble, hoping next time I could enjoy it.

Comparing with other hotel, the location of this hotel have more quiet space, I really enjoy this. On the ground floor, buffet is good,to be honest, I think the breakfeast is more yammy than others times food. Staffs are kindness, reception staff specially more welcoming. They help me a lot and give some suggestion for tavelling. Really appreciate for all the help. Recommanding this amazing hotel.

Breakfast was reasonable. Coffee was lukewarm straight out of the machine. Not much choice for non Chinese customers.

The drain in the shower was choked and the bathroom was flooded on our first night there. The plumber came very fast to clear it. However, when we requested for room service to clean the shower floor, the cleaner was very reluctant to clean up the mess. She kept on saying that there's nothing to clean. The hotel would need to counsel this cleaner. The telephone was also broken and was unable to contact the front desk. I had to use the booking app to contact. The air cond was making loud noise in the middle of the night. When i feedbacked to the front desk the next morning, it was fixed. Good job. Curtain was torn. Stains on table. Another drain hole was choked in our last night there, causing the bathroom to flood partially. Service staff was good, except that one cleaner. Aged facilities that need to look into.

Pretty cold and unfriendly at check-in, dirty swimming pool, unfriendly massage receptionist, rich breakfast buffet but average food quality. basically and almost nobody speaking one word or English at least at front desk… well,for 5-star hotel I would be expecting something different, so I changed hotel after first night and found a super nice cosy hotel in the city centre… pity for such a big hotel name!
