Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandThe location is a bit far from the subway station. Although, it is about 7 minute ride by taxi. The surroundings are not that appealing and even for taxi drivers it was a bit difficult to find it. The room was very small.
The price was cheap. The room was clean. Friendly staff.

Hong KongSecurity was bad, stranger can enter each floor. No refrigerator. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. Very old hotel in village. We found Cockroaches in the room.

United Arab EmiratesWe arrived after flying from Dubai, Hong Kong, then Guangzhou and 1 hour in a taxi, who couldn’t find the hotel just to be told that they don’t have room for us . It was almost 1 am morning and only they were saying “sorry” there were 2 males at reception laughing and speaking Chinese when we were getting upset and then one female called Lisa came, who spoke little English and said no rooms. We wanted to call police but we were so tired and had to look for another hotel at 1-2am with all our luggage. Unacceptable and very unpleasant experience.

They were so helpful in finding taxis, dealing with currency and changes, even they helped us to find Indian restaurants to deliver food to our room. They took care of us to the most .even before we check out and start to airport they make sure that we had our early breakfast and send us with lots of Love
