    The only saving grace of staying in this hotel is its location as it is near the exit of Beijing Road underground train station. Also, it is next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Walking Street with lots of eateries and shops.

    1. The hotel does not provide any small fridge and neither does it provide a room safe in the room. There is no facility at reception to safe keep your valuables or important documents like passport. 2. All the rooms are non-carpeted. The floor are bare ceramic tiles which are cold to the feet. 3. There is no TV but merely an overhead projector and a wall screen. It is difficult to access the programs if you do not have a China mobile phone to key in. Very few free shows available. 4. The lift to the hotel at Level 5 is the type used to transport goods not the typical passenger lift and thus is slow. It is shared with other tenants housed in other floors in this building. 5. The reception staff is lukewarm towards bookings not made directly with the hotel or not through Chinese hotel booking web sites. Low priority given for non-Chinese hotel booking sites. The reception specifically emphasized that the hotel will not assure you a room even with confirmed booking (with email confirmation or black and white printed confirmation from booking.com) The staff demanded an advanced prepayment or deposit of half the hotel broom rate before the hotel guarantee you a room on the date of check-in. I was made to pay a day of booking.com room's rate of RMB 528 two days (on 21.2.25) prior to checking in on 23.2.25. The hotel only accepts Ali pay, WeChat pay Union Pay card as well as Cash in RMB. All other credit cards are not acceptable. Also, staff attempted to give me a room with no window claiming that the rate RMB 528 is for a room without window.

    Location is Great

    Hotel appearance is awkful, entrance is on the side of the building, it’s a one-floor hotel on the 5th floor. Elevator is a freight elevator and is shared by other businesses, it’s fifty and falling apart. It’s not a non-smoking hotel as they claim. Worst when we want to cancel the remaining 2 nights, we were only given half day credit.

    Location was great, just outside the metro, with convenience stores and food options. Staff were friendly and of great help.
