Air condition could only cool down the room to 26-27 degree Celsius (ok, outside was 35-38). Most of the staff does not speak English or other foreign languages. Not all elevators are going to every floor (-G2 - 0 - 9 F). This means you have to switch elevators and also wait for those. Bar is a bit overpriced. Laundry is also quite expensive, but good quality. Outdoor pool is quite small for a hotel of this size.

The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Staff is very friendly, and there is a wide selection of food at breakfast. WIFI was stable and fast. Price-value is very good.

The room was rather dusty especially so with the glass shelving. There was no holding place for my medium sized luggage and I had open the luggage on the floor. It was a little hard on my back.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast spread was excellent- good local and intercontinental choices.

I am a vegetarian person. You should have special counter vegetarian . I do not eat egg, meat , sea food etc. I saw that many spoon etc are also kept in Non Veg food . So we have to call for another spoon . So if a dedicated place is there it becomes easy for all of us

None. Although the facility has been for some years, the overall maintenance is quite good.

We have been to Suzhou many times but this was the first time we stayed in Crown Plaza. We are very happy with our selection, the location, the water view and the hotel's proximity to major attractions are first class. The walking path above the water next to the hotel makes our stay even more enjoyable. It is so beautiful with flowers along both sides of the pathway. The service is excellent with all our demands are met. We celebrate our milestone birthday here. The check-in, room services and breakfast are all great. This is one of the best Crown chain hotel in the world we have stayed. We wish to thank you all for the great facility and service.

Nothing really. A minor thing would be that we couldn't understand how to cast to the TV as the menus were in mandarin - this probably could have been sorted if I had asked reception but really wasn't that important.

Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

Everything was fine.

The common areas of the hotel are impressive, and we appreciated a lot the amazing breakfast, the lobby bar and the sophisticated dining options. Our rooms had access to the lounge on 7th floor and that was a nice plus for business meetings and a relaxing tea or drink after a busy day. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated very much the possibility to walk on the lake banks, and the peaceful location. The staff was extremely kind and helful, and always very professional.
