However, the breakfast room could be improved. It was difficult to communicate at the omelette station, as the staff didn’t understand basic English. One of the staff members was loudly spitting in her mouth while speaking, which was quite uncomfortable and embarrassing.

Cafeteria Menu One think they can work on is the Food menu in the inhouse cafeteria. They are providing only pizzas right now. It would be great if the can provide more options. Other than that everything was good

The staff doesn't speak English almost at all. The bathroom had a see-through door. The furniture seemed a little too old. The shisha place downstairs was disturbing at night.

The breakfast was excellent with so much variety! They gave us a free upgrade to a king-size room, which had a dressing room and a bathtub. The room was satisfactorily spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to many great restaurants as well as Futian!

On the 2nd day, I have to check out and go to railway station on 7.30am, so I thought of going for breakfast for a cup of coffee or bread only as I knew they only open at 7am and I was there at 6.35 something...the lady did not help me but talking loudly as if scolding me in Chinese...I just went away saying sorry....I have been staying this hotel for many years...this really make me inconvinience

I did not enjoy my stay.

I booked a non smoking room, even paid extra. Then they bring a smoking person to the room opposite mine, what was the point of saying it's a non smoking room? I could hardly sleep because of the smoke. I complained to the hotel staff ,I even wrote an email to their booking.com email, no action was taken. Their customer service needs to improve as well. If your hotel serves foreigners, the least you can do is get an English speaking staff member, or acquire language translating gadgets.

For some reason they only took 1 nights payment when I checked in. Next day when I came back to the room after work the room key wouldn't work. They took 1 more days payment to activate my room key. After this happen a 3rd time I left the hotel. Very strange system

Even though the hotel mark as a non-smoking, the breakfast area still have people smoke.

Wifi in this hotel can access internet outside of china The receptionist is very helpful and kind enough to assist us anything if she could help The location, given the price, is near to the YIWU district one (about 15 mins walk) There is a small minimart, and restaurant behind the hotel. Free bananas, apple and water all day long!
