The lady owner is very friendly and helpful. We can store our luggage upon arrival in the morning before the rooms are ready for check-in. She gave us a biscuit gift and banana upon our check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Upon check-out, she even helped us to send our big luggage by motor to the main road where we wait for our vehicle.

Perfect location, walking distance to both Western and Eastern parts of Wuzhen. Lady managing the property was sweet, friendly and very helpful.

Very nice and cozy little hotel. The hostess is responsive and attentive, she was very caring to make us feel comfortable. Attitude towards guests at the highest level. We really liked it. The location is great, everything is interesting within walking distance. Thanks for such a warm welcome!

The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Since the inn location is a bit far from wuzhen west side, she offered us a ride there and back on her motorcycle. She is also super responsive on WeChat, if you have any requests or questions she will help you to the best of her abilities.

There was a poisonous centipede that crawled out of our wall, could be because the inn is on the waterfront.

Friendly operator. Room is clean and good value for money.

Not accessible by car. Need to walk 150m to arrive at the room. Is more troublesome with lots of luggages.

The Host is so friendly and helpful. The location is in the ancient town where we could have a sightseeing.

The owner of the hotel was on standby whenever we needed help as she lives nearby. She greeted us warmly and catered to our needs throughout the stay. She gave us a lot of free snacks and was very very very humble and kind. The price is definitely worth it as some of the rooms could have views of the river.

The hotel is located quite deep into the alley. If you bring a lot of luggage, it will be difficult to drag it along the stone road. We left early in the morning so we made a lot of noise which definitely woke up some of the people living there.

Lady running the complex was very caring and helpful.

Mosquito's in the room at night were very annoying

The lady is very helpful. She even help us carried the luggage to catch the bus to Shanghai. We do appreciate her so much

Lovely place, really well located next to the East Scenic Area and not far from the West one and the bus station. Really cleaned property and comfy. The owner is amazing, helping with anything you might need, so cute :)

Amazing and helpful host Close to main scenic areas Clean and cozy Bed was new and well sustaining Easy to find, easy check in, owner helped with luggage and translating for all services such as restaurants, taxi service, train coincidences. I would recommend it for short stays.

A bit smaller than it appears in pictures. Very close to riverside, therefore humidity has a role, room warmed up by aircon but insulation is poor. It was ok for me, maybe less appropriate for elderly people or long stays.

Super, love the room, great location. The owner is very helpful, will come back again. When showing in winter, it's a little bit trick to adjust water temperature.

This place is amazing, just 5 min by car to Wuzhen scenic area! Hotel is placed in old town and you can experience real China 🇨🇳. I really loved the river view from my room and the host is such a hospitable lady, she takes care of you like you are her family🩷
