Highly recommended Value for money It's in the centre of Xi'an

Absolutely amazing hotel. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, everything is clean and stylish, the room had everything necessary and even more (a set for tea ceremony, anyone?). The hotel itself is in a very convenient location - walking distance from the southern gate of the city wall, Bell tower, Drum tower, Muslim quarter and quite close to the subway station. In the vicinity there are lots of restaurants and small convenience stores. The afternoon tea was gorgeous, especially the touch with the traditional sweets that were different day to day. Hotel staff is what makes the hotel shine even more - everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The staff is always there for any questions or if you need assistance. Would definitely choose this hotel if I stay in Xi'an again.

Beautiful hotel, quite clean, with fridge with free water bottles. Free tea from 2.30pm to 5.00pm. Breakfast was quite good, with some dishes changing day by day.

The staff were truly exceptional. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with was professional, but I would especially like to highlight Mrs. Doras, whose efficiency and professionalism were matched only by her warmth and genuine human touch. She always had a thoughtful solution at hand—whether it was ensuring a perfectly pressed suit or recommending the right place to enjoy authentic local cuisine.

The only issue we had was we struggled every time getting a DiDi back to the hotel because the DiDi app didn’t recognise the hotel’s location at all for us. This however could be a fault of the DiDi app itself. We had to guess the closest location we could tell to the hotel and walk from there.

The room was lovely, modern and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. Offered lots of information for things to do. Very happy with our choice of hotel while staying in Xi’an!

Being met and welcomed at the reception desk by Doris who was delightful and very helpful. Her English was great and she gave us many good recommendations. Also having lots of bottles of cold water available in the hot weather was very considerate. The breakfast was exceptional but maybe more vegetarian hot Xi'an dishes could have been available as one of my son's was limited in what he could eat. We liked the bathroom design and the complimentary toiletries but supplying some body lotion would have been nice.

Check in was at 15u but the room was only ready at 17.30… when you are traveling whole day you expect your room to be ready. Secondly only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer available … for such a big hotel too little

Room and bed very comfortable, good breakfast, position also was very good with a metro line close. Free Laundry service a plus when you travel a lot. Recommended.

Excellent location! Within walking distance to the ancient walls and towers as well as nearby local eateries. Stuffs were very attentive and looking after your well being. If I visit Xi'An again, it will still be my top choice that is close to famous attractions.

The only downside was the breakfast.the western breakfast was not that great, but overall i wouldn't complain too much about it as the hotel was simply amazing

The hotel is well located, next to lots of restaurants, close to both the Bell and drum Towers. The rooms are massive, same for the bathroom. The hotel has fridges filled with free water bottles for the guests, also they have washing machines and a dryer. We loved our stay here, i would definitely stay here if i would return to Xi'an.

The hotel staff were very polite and eager to help, but the language barrier was a challenge. Although they tried to assist us in arranging some tours, it ultimately didn’t work out. Additionally, they do not collaborate with English-speaking tour guides.

The room was nice and very clean. The location is excellent - within walking distance of almost everything.
