I missed a shower and a towel

The hotel is at T3 (domestic). You have to take a bus from T5 (international airport) to reach here. Toilet is a little far from the calsule area.

Cute place. Thought it would be noisy but it wasn't that loud that you will be awaken. Just people walking by. The comforter is so comfy. I immediately fell asleep 😅

It's quite and clean. It has a large shower room with shampoo and shower gel. Just that no toilet inside the hotel, I must use the public one outside. The staff are nice and welcoming, even though they don't speak English.

No toilet. 1 Shower room for so many people, which was not even supposed to be used during night hours, this is not practical at all for guests. Quite expensive for a capsule hotel, and even more in China! Getting noises from nearby guests, they should definitely make the capsules sound proof. Staff should be able to speak English, not using a phone speaking translator, it's a hotel in the airport!

Nice capsules with lights like small spaceships and USB charging. Inside the airport terminal 3.

You can hear talking and cleaning noise from the airport hallway. Upon arrival at the airport, it’s hard to get clear directions on the exact location of the capsule hotel—especially if your flight lands at a different terminal. The biggest barrier is the language gap (english/chinese). Even at reception, they didn’t immediately realize I had a Booking.com reservation. Still, the lady at the desk really tried her best.

The cabins are suitably equipped for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight. Each cabin has air conditioning, a TV, and some basic necessities. The nearest toilet is a few meters away in the airport hall, while the shower is located on a lower floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, though unfortunately, the receptionists don’t speak English, so a translator app is needed.

I booked a property beforehand and even though I had priority as I booked online I got the worse room, right next to the check in counter and it was really loud from time to time and woke me up. I thought this was a bit unfair.

Super easy to find, and easy to get to your international flight from the capsule! Also very cool and cozy little capsule!

I wish they had a toilet on the property. Airport toilet is close but not as convenient leaving the hotel all the time

The most annoying thing was that the hotel has no own restroom facility, so you have to use the WC in the common terminal area just a few stepe next to the hotel. There is not much crowd, so you can survive with this, but using the restroom during the night is not very convenient.

Capsule hotel - not to expect spacious room. This is the size of a quuen size mattress. Exellent location: just outside the closed airport area on the arrival level, it is located in the open international airport terminal. The international departure is just one floor up.

Nothing, really. It was a comfortable and nice novelty experience. I'd sleep in one again. Rolled out of bed and into the check-in queue.

A tiny pod, purely for the purpose of sleeping and being able to chill for a few hours before an early morning flight. The pod has a fan running, which was at a comfortable temperature, a choice of LED lighting, a large mirror, and a small safe. The door locks upon closing, and there is a release button for when you want to exit. My pod also had a chain on the door so I could partially open it if anyone knocked; nobody did, though. Staff can communicate through a speaker, and I was woken up (upon request) with a verbal nudge. There are foot lockers outside the pods, and rubber slippers are provided.

I needed to stay there because of my transfer flight. If it's also your case then it's a perfect choice. The stuff is friendly. The only disadvantage is that the fan in the capsule doesn't work well so it's quite warm + there is no wifi (I mean there is but doesn't work). For a one night it's fine.

The hotel was absolutely comfortable, staff members were super polite and kind, helpful, flexible. The location is extremely great, terminals, food court are closeby and accessible.

As others have said, the only minus is the lack of it's own bathroom facilities.

Located immediately outside of the international arrival gate, very convenient location. Staff have limited English but are extremely helpful, friendly and professional and make the process smooth with the help of online translators. Staff explained everything and were helpful with the transfer to the domestic flight the next day.
