Amazing Hotel with free transfers from/to west train station. The staff were very responsive to our requests and although limited English, there are APPs available for conversation translation you will need to use - we appreciated staff patience and perseverance, 10 out of 10. Lovely western breakfast available and with a 6am start if needed. Rooms are clean and tidy with lots of space, good aircon. Small shop on site with essentials including walking pole CNY25. Highly recommend using DIDI as Hotel is a 15 min walk from main area/ cableway. Overall excellent service.

United StatesThe WiFi had issues that he sought to correct but the engineer couldn’t so as a digital nomad that was significant. But when I asked to cancel 2 of my 3 nights booked there because of it, for the first time in 10 years the hotel agreed and refunded my other 2 nights. Of course the surrounding area is filled with incredible sites.
Nice room with indoor balcony, large shower with hot water and nice sized bathroom, firm bed, excellent location and very accommodating proprietor, Jerry! I liked the casual setting and being a few steps from many restaurants

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are very luxury. Integrated spekears, bathroom in the middle of the room, automatic windows, etc. The bathroom has also all the confort of a premium hotel.

Located just about 5mins from Tianmen mountain cable car station (line A and shuttle bus line B & C). Otherwise takes only 15mins with Didi to go directly to Tianmen parking area. Staff members are very helpful. We had booked our tickets to Tianmen cave but were late and almost missed our booked given time slot. The staff not only reminded us to get to the cable station on time but also helped us reach the station on time. Room is very spacious even for the standard room, also modern, well-maintained with very good amenities. The in-room washing machine also helps a lot. Hotel also offered both western style and chinese style breakfast to choose from and starts serving breakfast very early which helped because we booked our attraction tickets really early in the morning.

Everything was amazing! The helpful staff, clean room every day, change of towels and new toilet paper every day. The environment feels authentic chinese. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Wish we had the time to get a foot bath aswell. Great to have breakfast included, and that there is a small store with necessities next to the front desk. And great with the pickup service! 10/10!
