Recensione verificataHotel in buona posizione, vicino l'aeroporto con prelievo gratuito. La funivia del monte Tianmen è a 1 km. Il parco Forestale di Zhangjiajie sta a 30 minuti circa ma ci si arriva bene. Camere grandi, bagno con lavatrice e detersivo. Personale gentile. Bottiglie d'acqua gratis tutti i giorni. C'e un piccolo minimarket nella hall. C'è la colazione cinese (non provata) e quella continentale ma che in realtà ha più cibo cinese (ravioli, riso, noodles e altro) che europeo (qualche cornetto, yogurt, uova e pancetta e poca frutta) ma era comunque buono e non è stato un problema. Il ristorante (non provato) non è nell'hotel da quanto abbiamo capito ma sul lato opposto della strada. Hotel Consigliato.

La colazione "internazionale" è molto scarsa, valuterei di aggiungere qualche opzione in più e qualche prodotto aggiuntivo, come marmellate/miele per il pane tostato

Il concierge, dopo averci rassicurato di prenderci lui i biglietti, non ha preso il biglietto che avevamo richiesto per il monte tianmen nonostante lo avessimo richiesto con più di un mese di anticipo. Si è dimenticato e non si è nemmeno scusato. Siamo stati costretti a visitare la porta del paradiso con il percorso C. Colazione pessima, la spacciano per “western breakfast” ma qualità pessima. Abbiamo passato due notti con un grillo dietro lo stipite che ci ha reso impossibile dormire. Lo abbiamo segnalato in reception e la risposta è stata “o cambiate subito stanza oppure non possiamo spostarvi”, peccato avessimo prenotato l’ascensore bailong in un determinato slot orario e non avessimo tempo in quel momento di fare le valigie e cambiare stanza. Nessuno parla inglese. 5 diamanti? Penso che non valga neanche un 3 stelle.

Lo staff. Non fatevi aiutare ad organizzare niente e non contate su di loro. David che é il proprietario nonostante ci abbia detto che ci aiutava nelle prenotazioni e negli spostamenti è stato un disastro perché non rispondeva mai al telefono e non aveva organizzato nessuno spostamento. Non sono affidabili. Se andate lì solo per la stanza allora ok.

David è stato gentilissimo, ci ha prenotato in anticipo i biglietti sia per il National Forest Parck che per il Monte Tianmen e questo è stato utilissimo per permetterci di non fare code agli ingressi. Recensione verificataLa posizione ottima (10 minuti a piedi alla stazione della funivia che porta al Monte Tianamen e a mezz’oretta di auto dal National Forest Park). La colazione buona. La camera semi pulita, consiglio una grande pulizia sui corridoi che portano alle stanze. Utile il mini market dentro l’hotel per acquistare spuntini pre o post escursione.

Recensione verificataL hotel é molto vicino all aereoporto e molto vicino alla funivia a per monte tianamen. Lo staff é caloroso e amichevole fa davvero di tutto per aiutarti. La stanza é ampia e moderna con lavatrice letto enorme e tutto è molto tecnologico. Musica e chiusura tende dal letto. Letto comodo. Sotto c é un ristorante buono che é strategico dopo le escursioni ed un negozio dove comprare bibite cappelli o ció che puó servirti. Pick up da stazione e aereoporto sia andata che ritorno.
Colazione termina alle 9, puó essere migliorata.

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la nostra visita a Zhangjiajie e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è ideale: a solo 1 km dal punto di partenza delle cable way per il monte Tianmen, comoda anche per raggiungere il centro città e l’aeroporto oltre che per arrivare a Wulingyuan con didi o con l’autobus. Molto utile il servizio di pick-up gratuito, puntuale e ben organizzato. Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale: sempre pronto ad aiutarci, sorridente e attento, ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Un altro grande vantaggio è la presenza della lavatrice in camera, con detersivo gratuito incluso: davvero comoda, soprattutto durante un viaggio lungo. La colazione è varia e abbondante, servita in due sale distinte: una con opzioni occidentali (brioche, pane, marmellata, yogurt e un ottimo caffè) e l’altra in stile cinese. È possibile accedere a entrambe anche nello stesso giorno, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la zona in modo comodo, rilassato e con un servizio eccellente!

Recensione verificataPosizione ottima: a 15’ a piedi dall’entrata per il monte Tianmen. La camera era molto grande e aveva una vasca davanti la finestra in camera da letto. Tanta acqua nel frigo. Presente la lavatrice e il filo per stendere in bagno. Presente colazione internazionale.
Lo staff non parla nemmeno una parola di inglese e risulta molto impacciato. La pulizia della camera è migliorabile e nei corridoi si sente la puzza di fumo. Non era presente l’asciugatrice, a mio avviso fondamentale per viaggi brevi.
