Regarding the payment method: Our property operates with offline payment for room fees, which is clearly indicated on the booking platform. This is not a "scam" as you described—we accept multiple offline payment methods including cash, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, all of which are consistent with the information displayed on the platform. The platform offers both online and offline payment options, and our choice of offline payment was clearly communicated prior to your booking. As for the noise from the nearby bar: We want to confirm that we took proactive steps to inform you in advance. You were notified about the presence of the bar via email through the platform, and our staff also specifically reminded you of this during check-in, which you acknowledged and accepted at the time. When you contacted us in the early morning regarding the noise disturbing your baby, we immediately acted: we communicated with the bar, contacted the police to address the issue, and arranged a free transfer to a quieter smaller room to ensure your baby could rest—all efforts to resolve the situation promptly. We understand your frustration, but we must clarify that we could not agree to a full refund as we had fulfilled our obligation to inform you in advance and took immediate remedial actions when the issue arose. It is disappointing that this led to a 1-star rating, but we hope this explanation helps provide context. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we remain committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. We are truly sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience during your stay. We understand that the noise from the adjacent bar was a major inconvenience for you, even though we had informed you about its presence prior to your reservation. We appreciate your feedback regarding the music going on until 6 am instead of the expected 2 am, and we will definitely address this issue with the bar management to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. We are also sorry about the heating situation. In fact, we do have heaters near the bathroom door and air conditioning with heating function in the room. It seems there might have been some misunderstanding or malfunction that we will look into and correct. We had offered to move you to a quieter room the next day, but we respect your decision to check out, and we promptly refunded the remaining accommodation fees. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future.
