You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area close to the ancient city wall. It is also near both the train and subway stations, making it easy to travel to many of the city’s top attractions.

Spain- Expensive price(same price as other 4 stars hotel) - I cant tell whether it was hotel, hostel or homestay😂) feels like a homestay but the title and price feels like a hotel.
- Staffs were very friendly and kind 🥰 - Receptionist gave us good information about restaurants in Xian and was always willing to help - Good communication all the time

AustraliaI was not aware that our room was on level -1 with no elevator. They were steep stairs. Bathroom was not a separate room so minimal privacy.
Reception staff were friendly. Our room (double room 2x beds) was clean and spacious. Fit 4x adults comfortably. Generous sized beds, modern bathroom features.
