    The rooms are not 38m² as advertised. There is no wellness/spa as advertised, and there are no facilities. This is not a hotel; it is more like an apartment but without amenities. The breakfast is terrible and consists of takeaway from McDonald's. The safe in the room did not work properly. There were all these big and little things that were disappointing.

    The hotel's location above the train station (metro) facilitates convenient transportation around the city. The view from the room was nice, although the windows were dirty, so it was not as enjoyable as it could have been.

    Comments are important before reservations we had a very bad experience with this hotel that shows photographs of the building where it is located and the services it says it has, but I recommend that you come here, we reserved a room with two beds for 5 days, like the The trip from Chile is very long, we arrived tired and we had to accept that they gave us separate rooms, because we understood that they did not have two beds, therefore the value increased, I asked if they were ok, to which the staff kindly responded yes, When I got to the room it was still wet on the floor and the shower and sink were also wet, there were many stains on the floor like spilled things, when I checked the bed there was also evidence that it had been stretched, as it was late I waited for breakfast to come. in open bags, I went down to complain that my room was dirty and I was even scolded by the cleaning staff since, apparently they are external and they would be paid for said claim, I told them that I would not stay in the hotel and that I demanded a refund for tell him with the elements that he says he has and which they offer, to which the manager refused and indicated that he would return nothing, I suggested understanding that the reservation says that it does not speak of returns, but in this case I think that if we have it, I can also guarantee that with breakfast in the room I got an infection and none of the packaging had the brand with the supplier that they claim to have, and I had not eaten anything since the building's restaurant was closed, you can see it from the cameras, I went back to reception and nothing zero concern about bad services As it is not the first time that I am in this city that I come for business, I went to the consumer service to file my complaints so that they can inspect this establishment, I have the evidence of the towels, the floor, etc.

    First of all, the front desk at this hotel speaks English! Second, the service of this hotel is really meticulous, they will even tell you how to get to the attractions. Third, there are many services in the hotel, most of which are free, such as laundry, food delivery to the room. The fourth room is also very clean and the location is very good!
