Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe service was great, really supportive. They helped me during the shuttling by WeChat. I didn't have a clue where I was at the airport. I arrived much too early but it wasn't a problem. They helped me and they also spoke English, enough to communicate. Even when I was late, they offered to get some food. Honestly the food was delicious and I said it to the cook. He was really surprised about it. Just for a transfer it is great. The shower and the bed too.

United KingdomWe were told to contact them on WeChat regarding airport shuttle pick up. The driver said they were in the airport waiting for us, when in fact they were not. We were then told to wait 30 mins for a bus to pick us up, which was not what we expected based on previous communications, so we took an uber to the hotel. They did however, ensure we were taken by shittle bus to the airport when we checked out, which was very kind of them.
Decent room - had everything you needed e.g. toothbrush, slippers, water, tea etc, very nice shower, and staff were helpful with wake up calls and reminders about the shuttle bus. Very good value for money.

Free shuttle with clear instructions just make sure WeChat is set up and you had their contact in advance, good time options for return shuttle to the airport, no fixed check out time, breakfast included (no European style options but eggs were available), comfy, spacious room. Perfect for our 19 hour layover!

United KingdomThe organisation to come to pick me up to the airport very disappointing, the day before I contacted the hotel to mention the time I will arrive, and they said to contact them on the day, which I did, it took them 20 minutes to reply with the directions that could have given to me the day before, after I reached the pick up point I had to wait other 25 minutes, to reach the hotel from terminal 1 took me 1h and 10 minutes in total
