Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Hong KongLack of upto date tourist information leaflets in English. No avalible city map showing rods and location of tourist attractions etc in English. Most staff cannot speak English.
The breakfast was just satisfactory. A lot of the items, when finished, were not replenished. The quality of bread was not good. More western cereals are needed. The location of hotel is perfect. Very close to the High Speed Station, the Metro and the Bus terminus.

Hong KongTried to book the cheapest room without breakfast but could not even though the option was available. The room was too cold and would not warm up, had to switch off. Breakfast was at 6:30 but not everything was ready for consumption, also not enough variety.

Location was in downtown city. Access to train station and shoping center. Breakfast was good but need to add some Asian Cuisine/subcontinent at the time of Canton Fair. Coffee shop was very nice with good ambience. Rooms were cosy but lighting should be bright in the room. Bath room, toileteries were perfect. Bed was quite comfortable.
