big room, clean and staff behavior

The location was fabulous..convenient to Metro station, Shopping mall..etc ..great view from the balcony

Every thing was bad

The apartment was good and the staff were super helpful. Well done Laiste staff. The Wi-Fi was a bit of a letdown. The receptionist, Cindy was super helpful. I'll stay there again.

Convenient location, 7 eleven store in same building, Many restaurants (including 2 halal) metro at walking distance, Balcony, washing machine, steam iron, tea cattle all available.

We stayed at this hotel last year and had such a great experience that we decided to book again this year—and it did not disappoint! The staff were as friendly and accommodating as ever, and to our surprise, they even upgraded our room upon check-in. Such a warm welcome really made us feel valued as returning guests. The location is very convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store right on the ground floor, which is super handy for quick snacks or essentials. There's also a nearby mall and several restaurants within walking distance, so finding a place to eat is never a problem. Getting around is easy too—the train station is just a few meters away, making it simple to explore the city. Despite being in a central location, the area is peaceful, quiet, and very clean, which makes for a comfortable and restful stay. Highly recommend this place, especially for those who appreciate both convenience and comfort. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We booked for 4 nights. At first where we booked was a studio, then second day was a power cut so they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom without extra charge that's awesome. The management is sweet, friendly and helpful. We went there for Canton Fair and they have a bus to take us there which is great too. Breakfast was one small custard bun and an egg and a box of milk. It is walking distance to 7-11 as it's just downstairs and supermarket and food court and restaurant are also just 7 minutes on foot.

The wi-fi was super weak and practically not able to use that is the downside.

There's a small commercial centre just accross the street which is quite nice for lunching, shopping and all. The subway is also not far from the location, which is quite convenient to go across the city.

More instructions must be given related to the reception desk location, which was at the 22nd floor of the building. The main reception does not even know that there are apartment in the building.
