The place can be a bit tricky to find on Google Maps or for taxi drivers — it's easier if you mention "Sky Villa" as a reference point. The sofas are quite old and could use replacing, and unfortunately, the washing machine wasn’t working — we only discovered this on our last day and didn’t get a chance to report it, but hopefully it's been fixed by now. Overall, a decent stay with a few things that could be improved.

The location was really good — there’s a shop just downstairs for basic groceries which was super convenient. The area is surrounded by beautiful luxury buildings and the neighborhood is very clean and peaceful. Really enjoyed the atmosphere!

The unit has balcony overlooking some view of the river. It’s roomy. The address is extremely confusing and we had a really hard time to find it. The unit needs some minor maintenance work.

It was a bit dusty - especially on the second floor. It seemed like the second floor wasn't cleaned as thoroughly.

Extremely good location - pretty quiet but at the same time you can reach city center by foot in 10 minutes. Nice apartments, comfortable beds.

Communucation and peope/workers who actually talk English, Address is confusing even for Taxi driver to find as it is not correct on booking information so that should be changed.

Close to Shoping centre and shops, Canton fair is around 4km away, they/hotel have organised bus travel to and from Canton which is very good.

Everything. It was so dusty!!

The stay was bad as the air con wasn’t working at all. It took 2 days for the air con to be colder. The facilities inside were very bad as the water boiler was rusty and some black stuff came out.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was dirty, and the beds were in a terrible state — extremely unclean with stains, including what appeared to be blood, and parts of the mattress were damaged or cut. The furniture was extremely old and worn out, giving the room a neglected feel. The toilet was far from pleasant, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance. Additionally, the refrigerator had missing paint in several areas, which made it look rusty and unhygienic.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The only positives I can mention are the helpful reception staff and the convenient location of the hotel.

Property was exactly similar to what it was shown on Booking.com page. All the facilities provided in the room were upto the mark.

There are no tableware in the kitchen, but if you order in you will get those and there are two convenient stores downstairs which have everything a traveler needs.

The hotel room felt like an apartment, it has everything an apartment has, very nicedesign, perfect for families. There is a washer/dryer combo on the balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A few minutes from the location there is a large mall and across the mall there is restaurant area which brings you back to 1800 China in combination with futuristicstyle. It reminds me of Dotenbori in Osaka. That area always has nice events andactivity, I highly recommend to visit there during Christmas time and western NewYear's eve, but Chinese new year will probably also be a blast. You are also located near Guangzhou tower Highly recommend this hotel!

I did not use public transport like the Subway or the bus, but you can use the app Didi to summon a taxi, but there are often many taxis available in front of the hotel

Second time for me staying here (look for my other review). It is always comforting to know that you can rely on a great hotel while traveling. The room is pitch perfect clean everyday and the staff is always very helpful. What I forgot to mention in my earlier review is that this area also has a lot of green and is perfect for running or just walking.
