Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

There are multiple branches so I went to a wrong branch first. And the food at the restaurant on the top of the hotel could be better.

Verified reviewWarning: Hotel doesn’t return money! We were forced to check out earlier than planned, even though we paid for 3 days in advance. The staff promised to refund the unused nights. It’s been 3 months — still no refund. No replies to messages, complete silence. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself was okay, but their attitude is unacceptable. Not recommended if you don’t want to lose your money.
