Front desk staff specially ADA

This property has really good staff in front desk mainly ADA she is very down to earth very polite and very humble she had made all arrangements of us which has gone very easy she was taking ordering us as we were muslim she was guiding us for food restaurant's and all even their bus service to canton fair and airport 24/7 available so i recommend this is best hotel in best price and on top not feeling us that we are in other country ..., so thank you each one of you of hotel staff abd special thanks to ada thank you 🫡

The quality of the hotel was very high. No bad smell, everything very clean. The breakfast was a mix of traditional chinese and continental and was very delicious. Besides of the hotel is a restaurant for dinner which was excellent.

A little isolated from restaurants & shops

Very kind helpful staff. Extremely quiet and comfortable with block out curtains, free airport shuttle, reception staff kindly allowed extended checkout due to a late flight.

Amazing new facility. Excellent staff. Super clean good size room. High tech curtains and room service robot. Close to metro station, mall and restaurants. My hotel of choice in Guangzhou. Will definitely come back again.

The free shuttle was very reliable and the staff was very friendly. This was my second time staying at the facility and I will definitely choose the same place for my next trip to Guangzhou. The breakfast was also very good and the variety served was excellent

Room is so clean and tidy. Staff are so nice and helpful. I commend Liang(Shuttle Driver) for such a great person superb! I will come and stay again in this hotel. I highly recommend to stay in Hampton by Hilton hotel if you are in Guangzhou. It is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Breakfast buffet is superb as well.

Halal/ veg food not available, Most Indians would stay here if these two options are made available.

Its at good location, staff is very co-operative. One incident i would like to share ; they had wrongly double refunded me in cash, I was not aware , they messaged me on Wechat after immigration, I refunded the back via Ali pay , not because i am honest Because the staff is fab. I didn't wanted to trouble them.

staff barely speaks English, they cannot give you much information. Wifi isn’t great. There’s a smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The area isn’t great. Lots of construction sites, far from the metro, on a road with lots of traffic

The wifi did not work most of the time, and when it was working the speed was very slow There was not 1 English tv channel available which I think is a problem seeing the wifi did not work properly. The fact that there was no one at the hotel that could properly speak English to communicate is a big problem. This created a problem with my airport pickup that caused me to have to take a taxi from the airport, for which I was super over charged for..500 RMB for a taxi teip of less than 10km because the hotel staff does not understand english when i called from the airport. They answered but nobody could assist me because of not understanding English

I requested airport pickup (as it was mentioned ) many times but they didnt sent the shuttle to pick me up even after confirming that they will come. Hotel’s location is not even registered on maps.
