SingaporeThe location is great. Beijing Rd is within walking distance as well as Sacred Heart Cathedral. Mrt station exit is just next to the hotel entrance (stairs no escalator). The deluxe room with river view is spacious (14th to 18th floors). Love the smart toilet bowl but the shower temperature is preset & a bit too hot (36 to 40 degree). Room is clean. Front desk staff are helpful & attend to requests promptly.

BangladeshThere was construction right outside the property. This wasn't the property's fault since the local government is doing some road construction, but on a few days I did wake up really early to the sound of loud banging.
The location was exceptional, right beside the metro station and in front of Haizhu Square and the river. I love to walk so it's walking distance to the Beijing Road pedestrian street and to Liwan District and Shamian Island. There's lots of stuff to see and there are plenty of restaurants. The staff were also really helpful, kind and welcoming. They let me store my luggage there for over a week while I travelled to another place in China and then returned to stay at this hotel.

United KingdomNothing, the hotel was fantastic. N.B: Be careful when using the nearby ATM from ICBC branch as it says it accepts mastercard and visa cards but it swallowed our card straight away. You need to wait for the next business day to retrieve it.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and resourceful. We really loved our room, view of the river and the hotel's services. The breakfast buffet offers lots of variety and caters to all tastes. The hotel was very clean, central and accessible via metro. We mostly used the metro as our main means to travel which is both super convenient and affordable. Haizu Square is strategically placed to access main business areas such as Sanyuanli. You can use both lines 8 and 6. Another thing to note is the proximity to malls nearby such as Onelink Plaza, jewellery wholesale market and many other malls, packed with stores, milk tea places and restaurants. Beijing Lu road was ~10 min walk and very easy. Great bonus point is the availability of suitcase sellers further down that don't get as much passage so you can haggle decent prices. Overall I loved my experience here and can't wait to return.
