Clean, bright rooms. The staff really listen to guests. I asked for a higher floor and they checked me into the top one. In the room, the toilet hose was leaking a little, so I called reception, they came quickly, checked it, apologized, and offered to move me to the neighboring room if I wished. As a bonus, they offered a free minibar and breakfast vouchers. We didn’t use the minibar and skipped the breakfasts since we already had plans, but it was still a very nice gesture and shows they care about their guests. The hotel also has a good laundry service. Good breakfasts. Overall, I recommend this place. Very close to the shopping mall. Excellent location.

Dirty rooms, full of hair and dust, everything though was very good. FYI staff does not speak English.

The location was central and easily accessible by taxis. The hotel was of a very high standard. The room very comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast was reasonable by Chinese standards. A reasonable selection however the cooked foods were a little light on selection and quite cold. This seemed consistent every day. Loved the little robot that made the fresh Asian hot foods to order.

Spacious, clean room, clean bathroom. Good bed, king size. TV/projector, air-con, fridge etc - all in perfect working order. The hotel is very close to the Metro and a short stroll to the Canton Tower complex. Very good breakfast. Staff very polite and attentive.

I liked everthing about the hotel especially the staff, very helpful.

Location - direct train from airport, malls nearby, walking distance to Canton Tower Breakfast - good spread & variety, bothers to make some changes every day Washing machines - free to use Room - clean and spacious, with huge projector TV screen (like watching in a cinema) Guest service - polite and patient in answering my questions, complimentary drinks every evening Love the inspirational quotes at every floor

Property located close to metro line 3 which connects the airport. Nearby many local restaurants and family marts available. Easily canton fair can be connected. Was given a welcome drink. Front desk was very helpful. Spacious and very neat room.

Friendly Staff, good location, clean, comfortable.

Not what I didn't like, but directions to the hotel could be easier for those arriving by metro. If arriving by Metro on Line 3, use exit B. You now have a very busy road in front of you. Turn left into a small but busy street. Walk 100m down the street passing a small school. The Hotel entrance is immediately after the school.

Room is huge , clean and comfortable. Location is quiet in Hai Zhu , you can easily move around with DiDi. Hotel breakfast is basic , staff is friendly. Overall experience is good .
